It was frustrating to pair it with my iPhone, so I contacted them and their customer service was poor. After I paired it with my iPhone my average weight was wrong at least 50% of the times. Just yesterday I have read that their company Nokia is suing Apple... crazy, how can I use my product if you are suing the producer of my smarpthone? Do I will buy a new scale or a new Nokia smartphone? Obviously a new scale!

The scale does not recognize me and my wife and they cannot help me solve this problem. If my weightings go to my wife and vice-versa, then there is no point having a scale that works with your phone. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, when they even reply they clearly don't even read what I write them. Now I find out Apple is removing them from the app store. What do I do with the scale without the app? This was supposed to be a birthday present but I am returning this scale after Christmas
