    Wow, what a poorly designed product. First, I sent the link to my wife (as prompted) for her to sign up for her own account so the scale could track her progress. However, you have to already have the app and an account for the signup link to work. Which makes no sense. Also, our scale weighs heavy, but you can’t calibrate it. Withings says thag it recalibrates every time and it’s always accurate. Sadly, I have a 5lbs dumbbell thag weighs five pounds on every other scale but our Withings. Literally nothing they can do to fix it. Lastly, their help docs are useless because they keep redesigning their app so the menus they reference don’t exist. At least they have chat support?
