This product is great for keeping up with your fitness activities. It helps keep you motivated. I use it to measure my sleep as well and have been very pleased with its results.

I read so many reviews before buying this product. When I went to Best Buy to purchase a different one, I saw this pedometer, read the reviews and decided to try it. I love it - very straight forward and syncs with the free app that Withings makes. I highly recommend the MapMyWalk app which also syncs your data with the Withnings app.

Very simple to use and apps for your smartphone or other device are excellent. A great help to develop your fitness plan and provides the instant feedback you need to help you stay focused and on track with your plan.

I love the Pulse Monitor I'm really learning my daily routine and sleep patterns. I've had it a month and have already changed my daily habits.

The sync issues seem to be cleared up for the most part since the last update but accuracy is still off as others have mentioned. This is the only pedometer I've tried and am happy enough with it.

If you mainly want to track your distance and steps and check your heart rate this is the best small non-watch tracker I have found from researching the reviews and trying it out my self.

It monitors and various activity in association with my smart phone. It is awesome & Great product!!!

I had a Fitbit and after I had a problem syncing it with my smart phone I returned it for the Withings and I have not had any problems. I would recommend it to everyone I know.

The product functions as advertised. The operation is easy and seems accurate The night time band is easy to place on either arm. Might be a little too easy to become loose.
