Not bad for causal use but so-so for sports

Good Heart Rate tracking until you start you workout and the heart rate numbers go off the charts. I double checked with chest strap as well as with my Fitbit Charge 5 and my Moto 360 and the Withings Heart Rate monitor does go bonkers when you work out. Sleep tracking is OK but not as good as the one on Fitbit.

What you really need in a watch

The crown rotates through a customizable menu for health (ECG, SPO2, steps, elevation, etc.) and you can control notifications to your watch. Best of all is the ~25-30 day battery life. This is the premiere WIthings watch for now and it deserves your attention.

Rugged yet good looking smartwatch

After being a loyal Samsung smartwatch wearer I wanted to try something a little different. This is far more rugged and durable than it looks. I've worn it while renovating a room and crawling in a crawlspace to run wiring and it still looks brand new. The Withings app is a data nerd's dream too.
