Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's nice for a toddler in the sense that you don't have to stick a thermometer under their mouth or armpit. Or whatever. It is sometimes off by a degree or less so whenever we're close or above 101.3 we usually use this and the regular thermometer. This one is nice because the temps are recorded to your phone via the app so when you're explaining something to the nurse or doctor you can pull up the results over an extended time/multiple days. That being said it does seem like a new technology so we try to use it sparingly (i.e., not take the temp 3 or more times each time we check) because it is super easy to do since it's so quick but not sure you want anything scanning people multiple times over days, months, and then years.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.no phone number to call. various sites for help but will charge $36 for help. 21 readings in 2 mins and 4 secs. ..got a variance of 1.2 degrees. read directions about 5 times. called and they wanted to know if I had updated computer.the readings are on the thermometer...go figure
