Some issues connecting to internet, sometimes work ok and some don't work, not 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Didn’t even have them for a full year and had to return them due to them deciding not to function one day

I ended up returning these. I installed them and then got it working with Alexa. The lights started dropping offline or became unable to contact within a few minutes. I had to reset them and start over to get it working again only to have them start dropping offline again within a day. Same problem even when using the Wiz app.

These are ok. Bout about 10 of them and not all work good. Some just turn on Noe and can’t get hem to change color.

These bulbs only work about 10% of the time. As a regular “nonsmart,” bulb, I suppose they do their job. But the connection method is way too complicated, and the bulbs lose connection more often than not. Basically I paid way too much for some regular light bulbs.

Thought I was getting a deal on these, instead I got fooled!! Bulbs did not work half the time! They were always loosing connection and they were in the same room as my Wifi modem! Ridiculous. I returned them and spent the extra money for the Sengled wifi bulbs like I should have from the beginning..

I would not recommend these smart bulbs under any circumstances. Connection to your WiFi is hit or miss as is consistent operation. I have 10 of these bulbs and a day has not gone by when at least two are not working. There is no live support and online support is poor at best. Save your money and spend a few more bucks for peace of mind.

The app freezes a lot and don’t read the bulbs, as well as on the Alexa app.

Liked the concept but could not pair up with my devices. Returned.

They worked ok. It didn't work the way I wanted it too. I bought them because they said that they worked with siri. That never actually happened. The app was slow in responding and it never stayed connected. I bought them because of the price and I got what I paid for. I have already returned them.

These were just ok, never got the color depth I was hoping for.

Half the time the app just restarts and leaves you to reconnect the lightbulbs all the way from the beginning, don’t bother getting these. Honestly the connection always has issues.

The lights themselves are great, but the Wiz app, which is used to control the different light settings, is an absolute train wreck. Should probably look for other options and do your research before purchasing.

Couldn’t get to work. Because I returned in an open box (HOW do you know it doesn’t work if you don’t take it out of box?) and was TWO DAYS padt return time, wouldn’t accept return.

They are nice they just don't have the best range of colors and they always need to be added back to the hub!

Light work good but app is trash maybe software issue

i love them but they go off and on without me touching my phone.

I did not like these at all! The colors are ugly and aren’t anything like what I expected. They are not bold or vivid and hardly light up the area. Huge waste.

The app didn't work with the lights, but I had a iPhone 13 so I couldn't tell you why

These lights do not work with Siri or home kit like it says it does. Spend your money on one that’s compatible
