Hassle If You Get a Bad Bulb

WiZ, after 2 ridiculously long and repetitive "live chat" tech support sessions, concluded the firmware was faulty. I'm supposed to get a replacemet bulb, but haven't seen any conctret steps from WiZ on that. I keep getting bot generated messages asking if I got all the support I needed. I reply with the case # and state I waiting for that email about a replacement. But.....
