    This item arrived in an envelope, damaged (crushed) and I had to get customer sup6to teplace it. When I got the replacement, it wasn't even the same item I got the first time. It had a horrible giant sticker feom Best Buy on the box so keeping it sealed is not an option. The exchange process was a big pain and took a long time to get straightened out. I do not recommend Best Buy for buying collectible items like this. They clearly don't know what they are doing.
