Customers are saying

Customers value the accuracy of their orders and are disappointed when they receive the wrong product. Preordering does not guarantee receiving the correct item, as many customers who preordered the Endless Punishment deck received the Jump Scare deck instead.

I either exchange at a store I can't contact that most likely doesn't have the product, return it in the mail which wastes my time for a refund and then buy it again from Best Buy, most likely receiving the wrong product again, or buy it from somewhere else and lose twenty dollars. I have contacted support 3 times now and was told the second time that the 3rd call would be able to connect me to the nearby store directly and suprise suprise they couldn't. Which means my options are accept the least enjoyable deck of the four in my opinion, lose twenty dollars, or return and hope I get the right deck(I won't if I can even order the right one). So, I get to 50/50 tomorrow and hope the store has Endless Punishment. My greatest mistake trusting a billion dollar company that has a error that they won't acknowledge by refunding and sending a replacement.

I was one of the victims of the whole ordeal with Endless Punishment. The issue wasnt caused by best buy, and the people who pick your orders (me!) were just doing their jobs with what they were given. Get your refund, wait for the listing to come back, or buy local. No need to review-bomb a listing for a deck that wasnt part of the issue. BACK TO THIS DECK: I played it out of the box against my partner, and it has some promise! Theres a good amount of cards in this deck that are worth, and I had fun with the miracle costs. There's a combo in this deck with the commander and a room that makes everything other than instants and sorceries count as enchantments, so miracle (almost) everything! If a deck that cuts costs to build quick sounds interesting, I'd recommend.

No issues with the deck, and I received the correct one. I think the issues were caused by inventory problems from pre-orders. Although, thanks to AI, no one will read this actual review.

It's not my favorite commander deck, but is solid. I find the miracle ability of the base commander to be somewhat unreliable. Overall fun, but takes some skill to play well.

My first commander deck and it was easy enough to figure out. The scheme cards are also pretty neat for an alternative game mode. 1 downside (i dont know if this is just a thing now) is it doesnt come with a hard cardboard card version of the commander for display purposes.

I thought, even as an employee, that this must have been a simple mistake that i could order the endless punishment and the associate that did the order pick up must have pushed the order out of laziness. Later learned that he indeed DID NOT it was just that Best Buys shipping for the preorder just slaps a UPC sticker over the regular one so they could scan it and count it as the right item even though it was clearly not. just as upset about waiting a month to get for them to not care enough to honor the purchase with the right one, or at least own up and send some sort of email to inform that there would be stock issues.

Received Jump scare instead of Endless punishment

Just like everyone else received wrong deck, Pre ordered Endless punishment and received Jump scare, I was thankfully able to get a refund, But now I'm out a commander Deck I wanted and the scalper price is through the roof. I contacted Wizards of the coast too, cause this is their problem too for distributing wrong as well.

Seems I’m having the same issue as everyone else, I pre-ordered Endless Punishment back in July. To my surprise I received Jump Scare, on top of fedex leaving it out in the rain and destroying the shipping box and thaw cardboard around the deck. I also contacted customer support to get nowhere, so I drove to my nearest store to be treated like an idiot when I explained my problem. Returned to damaged one to try again and probably get to wrong deck, again. Fix the SKU issue and please get the people who pre-ordered a deck months in advance the deck they actually ordered. This is ridiculous from a tech company to have such a tech screw up with inventory management.

Just like everyone else, pre-ordered endless punishment months ago and was given jump scare instead. Nothing offered as a solution other to return the wrong one. They blamed manufacturers. Lesson learned do not pre-order from Best Buy.

    WMS System Inaccuracy

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Like many others I pre-ordered "Endless Punishment" a month before release and before the supply of this deck became non existent for its original retail cost. On re-lease day to my disappointment I received "Jump Scare", I immediately called the Best Buy support number and they assured me that a store 45 miles from my location had 1 in stock and they could exchange it same day. I drove almost an hour to the store only to find it was again "Jump Scare". This is extremely frustrating and concerning as there is a systematic issue here. I worked with the Best Buy associate cross referencing the SKU numbers and images of the precons in their WMS system. We figured out that the UPC for all the decks are the same and that the SKU and Image of "Endless Punishment" was swapped with "Jump Scare". This also showed a major inaccuracy of their inventory count as "Jump Scare" was "sold-out" but "Endless Punishment was "In-Stock". So in short this means if you order "Endless Punishment" or even if an associate from the support team requests a replacement of "Endless Punishment" you will always receive "Jump Scare" as this is what the system has determined is the correct item due to the SKU numbers. I hope Best Buy rectifies the issue and updates their WMS system. This is incredibly disruptive and unfortunate to the customer base as this deck is now sold out everywhere and can only be purchased as twice the retail price or in my case I had to purchase the entire set from Amazon to get it for a reasonable price.

    Best Buy Scam

Bought Endless Punishment only for the employees who picked them and claim they were just doing what they were told to pick up all the wrong ones. Picked up at store and employees didnt even bother picking these up to read the package and realize theyre were the wrong set. Never going through best buy for cards again. Had to buy upscale price of 88$ for this set instead of what it was listed when i pre ordered (50) Avoid best buy mtg sales!

Ordered endless punishment, like most of the other reviewers ordered on here too. Got the jumpscare commander precon instead, and not the deck I wanted. How can you mess up something this bad with the system and place the wrong label on the wrong box and still ship it out like this without checking

I pre ordered my duskmourn precon (endless punishment) at around mid august. After several delays, I finally received it today only to find out that I was sent the wrong one! I thought the reviews were exaggerating on how bad things are but no, its legit! They send you a random precon! Buy from somewhere else.

I preordered endless punishment and they tried giving me Jump Scare. In store they tried acting like it was my mistake. I showed them my preorder purchase which was clearly endless punishment. There was nothing they could do in store, via chat, or even over the phone. I hate the way workers these days push the blame on the customer. Ive ran into this kind of issue a lot. Last time im preordering anything from bestbuy…
