Customers admire the Haptic Strap 3's immersive sound quality, ease of use, and ability to enhance gaming and music experiences through powerful bass and immersive vibrations. However, some users experienced issues with haptic feedback consistency, battery life, and connectivity, finding the device's heat generation and price to be drawbacks. The overall experience appears to be highly dependent on individual preferences and use cases.

I had the original Woojer and the product has significantly improved. Works best hard wired and with bass driven songs. App is not user friendly. Bluetooth connection severs itself between each song. So, again, plugged connections is where the Woojer 3 shines. The multi-color LED is a good look. If you’re a fan of EDM you’ll love this.

I purchased hoping for true haptic feedback. Instead you get very muddy and jumbled response. I also found that using Bluetooth to pc and the. Bluetooth to headphones is very sloppy to set up. Overall i wouldnt suggest. The oroce is too high for the value delivered.

It picks up every explosion and gunshot regardless of if you are shot or not. It is ok but its not what I am looking for. Also doesn’t work well with all headsets. I can see where someone would like this for music but it isn’t great for COD.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to speak up.
I’ve been a huge supporter of Woojer for years—loved the original Strap and used it religiously. So when I upgraded, I expected the same level of quality. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from what I experienced.
The first Strap I bought had issues almost immediately and had to be returned. Annoying, but fine—I figured it was a one-off defect. I exchanged it for a second unit, hoping for better luck.
That second one? It broke literally a day after the return window closed. Not a week later. Not months down the line. ONE DAY. And when I went to Best Buy for help, they basically told me to get lost. No support, no options, no responsibility. Just "Sorry, you’re out of luck."
So now I'm out a decent chunk of money and stuck with a broken product that barely lasted long enough to test it. It honestly feels like a scam—like I paid for the privilege of getting jerked around by both the retailer and the brand I used to love.
I really wanted to believe in Woojer again, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. A product like this shouldn’t fail this fast, and your customers deserve better protection and accountability.
Unless Woojer or Best Buy step up to make this right, I can’t in good conscience recommend this product to anyone.

Lots of fun for video games and music. If you use it wireless (Bluetooth) be sure to check the delay until you get proper sync. I use it wired, set the delay to zero and it works great.
Paired it up with my quest 3 for some added VR immersion and it's wonderful for that purpose.

If you want to take your music to the next level, this is the strap for you. If you're a dj or just like kicking back and immersing yourself in the music - Get the Woojer strap and feel everything.

Fun portable little haptic subwoofer thing
Interfaces easily with both my computer and my phone, and does pretty much exactly as advertised overall

First, its a good idea, but this device fails. Connection issues and app issues are the problem. I had to uninstall and reinstall app several times before i got the device to halfway work. When I did achieve connection, the Bluetooth worked, but the device did not work and vice versa. The app is non responsive when attempting to raise or lower volume. I have 14 days to try to work out the kinks, but I will likely return the device. Also, the app for the device needs work. For example, the support menu asks for an order number to begin a help ticket, not considering the device was purchased in-store. I am using an android device, it may work better with an IOS device. I will give my apple ipad a try.
