Modularity and customization
If you are a type of gamer who likes to customize their controller and seek modularity that allows a preferred controller button layout, then this controller is the right choice. This Turtle Beach Victrix Pro BFG Reloaded is a premium modular controller. The controller comes in a nice carrying case that includes a very long braided charging cable, a wireless transmitter, a swappable thumb stick with hall effects, a reversible D pad for a preferred layout, a 6a-button Fightpad Module, in addition to a module customization tool. Everything is stored in the carrying case, which makes it easy to carry around. Design is attractive, and its color stands out. I put the controller on charge until it reached 100% charge, then I downloaded the controller hub app on my PC to customize the controller and check if there is any update. I plugged it in, and was prompted to update it to the latest firmware. I customized it to meet my gaming needs. I was excited to try it for the first time, and it was not my happiest moment. The controller did not work as it was supposed to, and I had issues with the buttons. The X button was randomly triggered even when I did not use it, and when I set the player to run, the X button activated and messed up my gaming experience. After that, I recalibrated the controller, and after this step, the controller worked flawlessly and never had any issues. Not sure if that was a firmware bug or if a recalibration was needed. I customized the extra paddles, and playing with the controller is a big fun. Holding it in my hand is comfortable and ergonomic. What I liked about this controller is: 1- Ergonomic and guild quality is solid 2- Can be connected either wirelessly or wired 3- Low latency and no connection drop 4- Sticks are Hall Effect sensor-based (no stick drifting) 5- Modularity and customization 6- The controller hub has a well-designed UI and offers a wide range of remapping and calibration 7- Charging seems to last long My overall experience has been great, and I liked its performance; it excels in every aspect.

Great Turtle Beach controller.
Really nice controller. My setup was on PC so not Xbox in my household. PC setup was a snap. Basically plug and play with window 11. No issues or driver issues. I set this up on Rainbow Six and it was super easy. Just follow the directions and you are all set. Also WiFi setup was super easy using the dongle supplied. RGB lights are nice and subtle . The number of buttons and options to use the various buttons is awesome... Weight is not too heavy so it won't cause fatigue. Also the different button options to swap out is great custom touch. I really like this option. Storage case is nice and compact and stores everything you need and is sturdy enough to protect the controller. Respond times are nice. No lag or buffering. No complaints. Battery life is good. 4 hours of playing sor far and no issues. Appearance is nice. Black and simple. Sits well in my hand. Rubber anti slip accents in the right spots. Headphone Jack is there if you want to hardwire a set of headphones. I think I will definitely be using this controller as my go to for now. Good job turtle beach.
