It is a solid metal hanger, and is alright for the $15. Should have price matched with Woojer website that has/had it for $9, because again it is just a little metal hanger. Open box would be great for this item because again...

Works like a coat hanger for your vest. Worth the small price to keep your vest safe and off the floor. I just hang it up in my closet like a coat. Works perfectly!!
