Good, but not bad. Temperature, Drops fairly quick / 450 Square Ft.

It’s loud. It turns on and off waking me up all night. So it starts to cool down then turns off and the room heats up again. No way that I can find to change the function. Disappointed. Sad to have wasted money I needed on this product that I felt had great potential to get the job done. Not looking forward to the hot days ahead.

Good air conditioner. Window kit should work in any window and I like the design of the grate. Works good in a smaller room.

When I first bought this a/c I thought it was great. But after my first time cleaning the intake screens I realized that out of the 4 intake areas only 2 have screens. The other two areas don't have screens at all to prevent dust from building up in the metal grates. On top of that, the unprotected intakes are also inaccessible for cleaning. I doubt it will even last a year because of this, unfortunately. The performance is already reduced because of this as well, and I'm outside of my return period so I'm stuck with this junk. Very disappointed in best buy for selling me such a defective product.

Loud, heat coming out of the hose, and doesn’t really cool a small room. A window ac 3k-5k btu is much more stronger than this

I like it works like it should. This unit stays nice and cool.

I regret buying this. I have a small studio apartment and it can’t cool down the room at al. It even release heat from the back and make it worse. When I found out it was too late to return

This unit was working great at first now I have to empty the water reservoir every 30 minutes or it won’t work. At the beginning it will last a day before I had to empty the reservoir. Do not recommend and my return window is over.

It works very well in my bedroom keeps me cool so I can sleep I don’t need to keep the whole house cool
