Box had a hole where it had been dragged. The base had some damage. The right hand arm rest is damaged not caused by the box being dragged. To much trouble to return so no choice but to keep it had to have it.

You never know what you're getting into with a chair you've never sat in but this one seems to be working out. Fear the padding, which is really nice, will compress over time. Would recommend.

Arm already breaking and chair keeps falling down, the pneumatic lift cheap and failing. Expected more for the money spent.

The arms raise, and that is wonderful. The chair is super comfortable. The chair since it was on sale was an even better buy because of the price.
