Doesn't work anymore

First it got stuck permanently doing it's a little dance now it doesn't do anything at all . It really only work for about an hour total. I don't have any idea when I'm going to be able to bring it back I've got to travel

I would not recommend ordering this item through Best Buy Online. The item came previously opened so I ordered another one which came the same way...pre-opened. By that time it was too late to find another one before Christmas.

Too many problems
