Don't waste your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thought it would be a great gift for my daughter and she loved the youtube video. However the dog is less spectacular and leaves you wanting more for the price. It follows you sometimes with the bracelet on and can take a few commands such as sit and dance but it doesn't always hear you. Battery life is not very good and the app it comes with is lacking. It needs more updates. My daughter was done with it after 2 days.

Do not buy! Horrible quality and support

I actually gave them three tries to get it right... none of them worked... none... and WowWee customer support BEGS you not to return it, but they also don’t help you... their objective is to get you past the warranty. Do not buy!

Don’t Buy

Bought chip Summer 2023 from Bestbuy, worked for about 4 weeks, went away for 2 months, came home won’t charge on the charging bed or directing plugging into chip. I can not log onto the app to connect to Chip unless he has power to try to update or troubleshoot . Feels like a lemon and customer service with Chip said nothing they can do. Poor customer service, no troubleshooting help either. Previous reviews said return to Bestbuy within 30 days with any issues, Bestbuy is great but dealing with the Chip company is terrible. My 7 year old daughter is very sad.
