Fastlane 2016 follows former Shield brothers Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns as they face off with Brock Lesnar in a triple threat match for the WWE Title. At this point you pretty much knew they were going to have Reigns fight The Game at WM32 for the title. I have been watching WWF since I was 6 years old, that's 36 years. I have seen so many great wrestlers and talents come and go. The WWE is suffering from a huge amount of issues with stars getting injured seemingly every other week and the amount of big stars who couldn't perform this year truly didn't help this card. Thankfully the NXT brand has been preparing both gender wrestlers to take the lead and be the next big thing in the #1 wrestling promotion in the world. This is the biggest amount of change in the WWE I have seen since the 90's. So many wrestlers are entering from TNA, New Japan, Ring of Honor helping to make the WWE a better place. AJ Styles has another great match with Y2J, as does Kevin Owens with Dolph Ziggler, and Charlotte retains against the future Baby Mama Brie Bella who seemingly retired at WM32 the next PPV with her recovering sister Nikki. I do miss the golden stars of the 80's and know wrestling will never be the same without them. But I enjoy the sport, the drama, and the athleticism of these great male and female gladiators of the world of WWE!!

This pay per view event may not be as well known as many other WWE events, but it was nonetheless a very entertaining dvd and I fully endorse it for anyone who's a WWE fan.

The overall quality is good. The show is a little predictable, though.

A good set-up for Wrestlemania. No big shakeups here for the WWE until the big daddy of them all.

Great ppv for wwe fans of todays and yesterdays fans.

It's the PPV before the biggest WWE event of the year and it's...just average. While there are some good matches here, the storylines were predictable, as was the eventual results. When you're hero gets booed out of the building, that's a problem! Recommend for fans and completists.

Always good to see what is going on in the world of wwe.
