Macho Man was and will always be one of my favorite wrestlers.

Finally, WWE has released a long overdue DVD biography on Macho Man Randy Savage. The biography contained interviews from many of Savage's colleagues including Hulk Hogan, Bret "Hitman" Hart, Kevin Nash & Diamond Dallas Page to name a few along with his mother & his brother Lanny "The Genius" Poffo. The matches on the bonus disc were many matches that have never been released on prior WWE DVD releases. All in all if you're a Macho Man Randy Savage fan I recommend this DVD in the highest regard.

This long awaited doc on Randy Savage is clearly missing a interview with the man himself (who died in 2011) which hurts the story being told. The most valuable insight is from Savage's brother Lanny Poffo, who obviously will skew his stories toward painting his brother in the best light. A lengthy sit down with Savage himself would have made this doc invaluable. It skips too quickly over his wrestling angles and focuses far too much on the relationship with Elizabeth (which may or may not have been obsessive). Missing nice stories regarding his feuds with Warrior, Flair, and the WCW days. Its great to finally have this out but I walked away feeling like this story was still incomplete.

At only about an hour and a half, the documentary wasn't as in depth as I would have liked, but it is still very good. It strangely completely skips his run as The Macho King and fued/retirement angle with the Ultimate Warrior. All of the matches range from very good to great. This is a worthy follow up to the match only Macho Man dvd that came out a few years ago.

This continuation of 'Randy MACHO MAN' Savage' and his career is awesome! Nobody had 2 super original gimmicks like 'Savage' #1.MACHO MAN' #2.MACHO KING'! Randy Savage was my all time favorite performer period! The next dvd set will be called 'MACHO KING' Randy Savage:Kingdom of the MADNESS! I guarantee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ooooh Yeah!!!!

Though it could've been longer, this DVD is a long time coming. A great look at one of the most unique characters (on and off screen) in the history of pro wrestling. It was great see so many previously unavailable matches on this set.

The doc was very good but bittersweet as they should have reconciled while he was still alive so he could tell his story himself. The closest we get to that is archival interview footage from '93. I haven't watched all the matches yet but love that most are relatively rare & previously unreleased.

This was a great documentary and I would definitely grade it an "A". However there were some key moments missing such as Warrior Career Ending Match and on working with Liz in WCW! That would be an A+ Those two key parts weren't discussed. And the biggest crucial missing piece were commentaries from the McMahons on how their relationship went sour! But all in all definitely worth the wait! Great commentary from his family!

This dvd was amazing! It was very emotional and wonderful. I would recommend this dvd to anyone that is a wrestling fan. This dvd had a lot of Macho man information and had my family and I in tears. We were inspired by Randy Savage's story.

I picked this up because I'm a huge macho man fan. It's got a great documentary about him. There's some things I didn't know about savage until I watched this. Also got some classic matches on here. If you're a fan it's def worth picking up!

If you ever wanted to learn about one of the best wrestlers ever than this Macho Man DVD is for you.It gives great insight and feedback on the career and relationship of Randy Savage. Highly recommend.It will not disappoint!!

Awesome documentary for one the greatest of all time with loads of great matches and Blu Ray exclusives. Any fan of the Macho Man or pro wrestling in general must own this.

As a big wrestling fan for over 20 years, Randy Savage was one of my all time favorite wrestlers growing up. Hope WWE heavily considers putting him in the Hall Of Fame next year. To me, he deserves to be in it.

This was an excellent documentary; the Blu Ray has additional stories about the Macho Man and additional matches. Definitely a must buy for any Macho Man fan!

This is an excellent documentary on one of the most colorful wrestlers in history. The WWE did an excellent job telling the story of Savage and I would recommend this to any fan young and old.

Blu-ray is jammed pack with all of WWE's matches, documentary, etc.. A Must for ant Mach Man Fan. His real life had strange with parallels between his ring persona and his real personality.

The DVD is excellent and tells a great story that i didn't know before about the life of randy savage in and out of the ring

Excellent DVD produced by the WWE. If you are a fan of Randy Savage you will get chills listening to his brother and mother relay story after about the Macho Man Randy Savage

If you liked Macho Man at all, I would very much recommend getting this as I'm sure it won't be on the network anytime soon and even if it was, the extras are worth it.

One of the best WWE dvds ever in my opinion. The documentary is amazing and covers every aspect of Randy Savage's career with a lot of details that I didn't know.
