The mount was easy to use and held the phone well. The window suction cup worked well, and is easy to release. After about 3 months, the ratcheting mechanism stopped clicking consistently when I tried to reattach the phone. It would take some fiddling around to get it to "grab". A few weeks later, it stopped working completely. The green button that releases the arms would not pop-out on its own, as if a spring inside had broken. If I manage to grab the green button and pull it out, then it will ratchet again. The button is small and slippery, so that isn't a good solution. I am past the product return window, so I might try to do a "MacGyver" solution and use duct tape or epoxy to make a little handle so I can grab the green button to pull it out.

I have two of these that I have purchased. Both were on sale for a good price. The one that failed. Appears to be to plastic inside the suction cup. I could maybe attempt the super glue it but probably won't hold. My other one works really well and I'm happy with it. I like that I can maneuver the arm anywhere so that my phone can stay cool behind the vents and not overheat. It's easy to turn horizontal if I want to sit in my car and watch a video. You have to get used to the release with the green button by using three fingers to catch the phone, but once you get used to it it's normal. There are two other ways to mount this product. I don't like the setup for the vent mount. I feel my vents are too weak to hold with just a single hook. I think stronger vents this would be fine. I don't really want to put a sticky thing on my dash. The company offers a 1-year warranty, but I do not think for the price I purchased shipping it back to the manufacturer would be worthwhile. I would feel safe purchasing one of their more expensive mounts with the 1-year warranty.

Shaky when driving on bumpy roads, and does not hold the phone tighter. It was difficult to get it to suction. Had to wet it a little. It is very useful though.

I've only used the vent clip mechanism so far (haven't tried the suction cup yet). It was simple to install and my phone stays more securely in place than other phone holders I've owned due to the terminal hooks on the pieces inserted into the vent slats. Not the sturdiest material, but I think it will last awhile. Price is reasonable

This phone mount is sturdy, secure, and easy to install. The suction cup holds firmly without slipping, even on longer drives, and the adjustable grip keeps my phone stable. I like how simple it is to rotate and reposition for navigation or calls. The quality feels durable, and it gives peace of mind knowing my phone won’t fall while driving. Definitely worth the purchase and highly recommended!

I love my Brackerton- TripGrip Car Holder. I have two different sized iPhones, personal and work, and they both fit snuggly, and I have no fear of them falling out. The suction for the windshield or window is strong. I pulled applying pressure attempting to remove it from my windshield, and I was not able to pull it free. This holder that will work for most phone, The Brackerton- TripGrip Car Holder also comes with a vent attachment if that's more your style. So, you get two different options to choose from. I know you will be happy with this purchase.

Easy to apply. Keeps phone at eye level. Easily adjusts to phone size and change position as needed

Basic car mount that lasts over 4-5 years. Have one in my work truck and my personal vehicle. Holds my iPhone 13 Pro Max extremely well. Even withstands the heat in the desert area where I live. Mounts in so many positions. Even includes vent mounts if that’s your thing. But I’ve tried almost all phone mounts and just purchased 2 more for my daughters cars. Works with bare phone and even with an Otterbox defender. This thing is a tank.

Great for the price strong suction and can hold my phone. I have the iPhone 16 pro and it supports it perfectly.

Love this windshield mount. Adheres well. Also turns on its side if you want to view a map horizontally. The only thing that was concerning was that it was shaped in a U in the box and I was afraid to pull it apart so I had to go to the store to have the Customer Service lady do it. I ordered on line to NOT go to the store so that was annoying! The pic on the box shows a snake shaped arm (see pics). The vent didn't work on my car.

This hand held phone is okay but now you add Tracketron and you have the Future. This su ction is nothing but amazing and has been suctioned in my bathroom without falling for over 2 weeks. I place my phone on it each and every time and everything is perfect and stays up. Like I said a no brainer. Enjoy

[Employee of bestbuy] If you’re looking for a snug fitting holder that won’t fall when going over bumpy roads, this is for you. You can adjust it to move around however you like, and it holds the bottom of your phone without obstructing your view and charger plug, so it’s very versatile.

Omgoodness, I love this!! I have gotten to many other ones that broke right away. Never again!! I will keep buying this product. I really love the suction cup that goes on the window. Doesn't leave that yucky crap on my window. Good quality.

This product is well described and purposefully accurate for it's use. The purchase of this item was well designed for my needs and greatly effective. Thankful for a choice of placement options along with easy assembly.

Bought this for my wife... she loves it... seems sturdy and sticks to the window well... it has the option to attach to a vent or the windshield.. I chose the windshield for better phone placement..

Was loose on vent, release button wasn't properly working after 3 weeks it kept getting stuck, and 6 weeks later it broke in half while driving

has a great suction and also comes with a vent attachment....very satisfied with this purchase

This phone holder works very well I like it a lot . I will definitely recommend it to all my friends .

Sturdy and fulfilled my needs. Bought it on vacation and now my mom uses it so easy to use

Love this mount, went back & purchased a second one, holds well... It's been about two or three weeks
