I absolutely love the color! I wanted this Breville for a long time. I love how easy it is to make the variety of coffee !☕️ It was an easy setup and operates perfectly! I got it on time for my Christmas gathering. My guests loved it!

This is a real upgrade from my super automatic espresso maker. From the sound of its operation, it was on its last legs so I was casually looking around for a replacement. Originally, I chose an automatic because I didn't want to hassel with the mess of grinding and the uncertainty of using the portafilter to create the perfect puck. Plus, I love freshly ground coffee, I got a deal and I wanted something simple. Fortunately, for me the Breville rep was in the store doing demonstrations and she took the time to show me how to make the best Americano I've ever had! Mostly, she walked me through the process and helped me understand how to use the equipment with the built-in control software to easily get the right grind and timing to quickly make a fresh espresso puck and extract my drink. The controls for streaming and frothing the variety of different milk products were very easy to learn and change for my wife and my coffee making. It took an hour to review Brevils instructions on the Bilt app doing exactly how to unbox, check and clean the parts, set it up and start operating the machine. Then it took 4 or 5 tries to make my wife's mocha lattes the way she likes them. We are still refining our drinks and enjoying the process. The program software is intuitive and easy to use especially when pressing the puck. The Breville is easy to use, simple to operate and easy to clean. I'm looking forward to getting my freshly roasted beans from Breville's Beanz store. The machine seemed a bit expensive, but factoring in 4 to 5 drinks per day plus coffee supplies and maintenance, it should pay for itself in less than a year. I staged the photos of the Breville so you can compare the size its slightly larger than the automatic, but it is manageable.

I’m really impressed with this machine. Setup was simple, and it feels solid and well-built. The touchscreen is intuitive, and it walks you through every step so there’s no guesswork. The espresso comes out rich with great crema, and the steam wand produces café-quality microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos. I also like that it gives you control over grind size and shot volume, which lets you dial in drinks to your taste. It heats up quickly and looks great on the counter. For the price, the value is excellent compared to daily coffee runs.

I purchased the Breville One Touch Barista Impress on Christmas Eve. I initially went in planning to buy a less expensive model, but after speaking with a Best Buy associate who was extremely knowledgeable and informative, I decided to upgrade. The decision was made even easier by Best Buy’s 2-year no-interest financing option. I had not been drinking coffee for over a year, despite previously being a regular tea drinker. Since purchasing this machine, my wife and I are making coffee at home that is genuinely better than what we were buying at Dunkin or Starbucks. The quality, taste, and consistency are outstanding. The machine is very easy to use, even for beginners, and the cleaning process is simple and straightforward. Everything about it feels well-designed and user-friendly. Between the performance of this espresso machine and Best Buy’s excellent customer service and financing options, this was a great purchase. I will continue to shop at Best Buy and highly recommend this machine to anyone considering an at-home espresso setup.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using this coffee machine. It stands out as the best coffee-making appliance I've ever encountered. For those who may be unsure about how to brew coffee, I highly recommend this machine. The quality of the coffee it produces is exceptional, and I find it very easy to operate. In my opinion, this machine is unparalleled in its performance.

This is an excellent espresso machine for quick everyday shots. But after a replacement I can truly say I’m impressed. My first priority was to make sure I would get a machine that would be simple for everyone to use. After quite a bit of research, I narrowed it down to 4 requirements: Automatic dosing, tamping and frothing as well as a built in grinder. I quickly narrowed in on the impress and Oracle lines. The regular express and touch don’t have the 3 automatic things above. And you can dial in the dose, but still would need to tamp and froth manually. The pro has the thermojet but falls into the same camp as the others. The dual boiler is also missing something’s. I almost went with the manual impress over the touch. Until I realized there were quite a few differences beyond the touch screen. The touch impress has the thermojet that is in the bambino plus and pro. It also has the upgraded grinder. Finally its location of the water spout for americanos and Milk IQ pushed it over the edge. The automatic dosing and pouring based on volume vs timing also made me pick it over the oracle models. I was strongly considering the oracle with its timed start and dual boiler heating. Our first touch impress had some heating issues and would short out during frothing (if the milk jug is misaligned). I was sure it was a design flaw after reading similar posts online. But sure enough a quick swap out this weekend proved that it was just a bad unit. My cousin has an oracle he has had for 6 years so I have spent some time comparing the models. I’m happy the Touch Impress. And a few YouTube videos quickly showed me you can do more manual things than the screen would lead you to believe. You just need to know how to do them.

Honestly, I did not expect this coffee machine to be this amazing. The Breville Barista Touch Impress is incredibly smart, and you can really feel it in everyday use. I love that it reminds you when it’s time for maintenance and cleaning, it takes all the guesswork out. One of my favorite features is the automatic cleaning of the milk wand. It cleans itself right after steaming, which is so convenient and hygienic. The tamping handle works perfectly, it presses the ground coffee evenly and precisely every single time. The sensors are impressive too: the machine actually knows when you need to add more coffee or when there’s a little too much and excess needs to be trimmed off. Everything feels seamless and automatic: it grinds the coffee perfectly, steams the milk to the right temperature, and creates beautiful milk texture with ideal peaks. Overall, I am extremely happy with this machine. It makes café-quality coffee at home and truly feels like a premium, well-designed product.

I love this espresso machine! I'm still learning how to be an expert barista, however, the touch screen really helps a lot in guiding how to make different types of coffee.

I had been wanting an espresso machine for years, but avoided them because they just seemed so complicated. This machine is fantastic. It is great for a beginner because it takes away a lot of the air but leaves room for you to learn and do things manually if you prefer I’ve learned how to make flat whites like a barista and even can pour hearts and lotuses. My wife likes that she can use this machine on her own without my help. Unfortunately, the paint around the drip tray has been peeling where the stainless steel tray meets any metal part. I’m super careful when I clean it, but the vibration from the machine seems to do it. Breville sent me another one, and I was disappointed that it already came with some paint flaking. I had read that they had quality issues so although I’m disappointed, I’m not that surprised nevertheless the machine is great and I would recommend it. However, I would not recommend a colored unit. I would get a stainless steel one.

Its been 4 months since i used it, this is the right time to write a review of it.. The machine is so beautiful to look at, easy to used specially there's a touch screen and easy to follow the instructions. For that time, i didn't experience a malfunction on my machine, it will tell you the time to clean the wand, descaling and changing the water filter... it was a breeze to use.. highly recommended.

Works really great! Delicious lattes and cappicinos and very easy to use. Does everything you need and produces quality drinks. Easy to dial in and it remembers your settings once you do. Whole family can enjoy this machine and is a great purchase if you are looking for one machine to donit all.

An outstanding machine, seriously truly. My wife and I use the Touch Impress several times a day. We moved on from a Nespresso machine which used somewhat convenient pods, but it is quite nice not having to buy them anymore. Every aspect of this machine is perfect. I say this from endless reading and searching, so I put in the work so you don't have to. It took two tries initially to dial into the most desired grind size, which impacts how fast the coffee brews, which in turn also impacts the quality of your espresso. You want a brew length of 30 seconds to achieve your perfect espresso. After that, every single time, the rest of the coffee beans in the hopper needed no adjustment. Just works all the time, every time. And tastes just like the expensive expresso when you buy out, when you use the recently roasted coffee beans.

I purchased the breville impress touch on Black Friday sale '24. The machine arrived 3 days later. I gifted this to my wife for christmas. After watching her eyes light up once she seen the box was worth the expensive price tag! We've used the machine twice already on Christmas day and the quality of this machine is TOP TIER QUALITY. The QR code on the box gives you a full on 3D step by step instruction was invaluable, as this seemed like we were in over our heads with everything this machine could do. My wife says this will keep her away from STARBUCKS, which was my intention. If you ate on the fence on purchasing one of these, purchase it worry free. Theyve thought of everything! Merry Christmas
