Love it, so simple and easy to use. Color is so bright

Great laptop for the price, my finance is able to have her class running with multiple apps going at a time and since she has an iPad she can use it as a second screen

Ordered this about a week ago and it came early! This is my first MacOs laptop i've ever had. I work as a computer engineer and have used Windows laptops and PCs my entire 60 years on this planet. This well priced and still very capable MacBook NEO made me feel that I could finally try it after having an iPhone for years. Wow am I impressed with the buld of the thing! Amazing speakers, screen quality and also a super comfortable and responsive keyboard and trackpad! Love the quality feel and battery life appears to be as stated 15--16 hours. Just learning how to control MacOs but I can see that it is very capable and in many ways rivals or is actually better to use than Windows. Also, there's no fan, or fan noise, no heat rolling off of the chasis in anyway, even if it's placed on a non-desk surface! I'm amazed and am beginning to see the quality of Apple MacBooks even if this is not a top of the line one, it performs and gives a very similar experience for a very affordable price and with only 8GB of RAM. Pick one up! Even if you don't get the fancy colors the silver is just as impressive! Finally, the learning curve is not that steep going from Win to Mac so don't let that stop you from enjoying!

I have been really happy with this MacBook. It feels quick, responsive, and easy to use once you start getting comfortable with macOS. Everyday tasks feel smooth, the design is sleek, and the overall experience feels polished in the way you expect from Apple. What I like most is that it feels approachable without feeling cheap. It is a great machine for browsing, media, writing, light productivity, and general day-to-day use. The screen looks great, battery life is solid, and the whole system feels efficient and well put together. For someone getting into the Mac world for the first time, this feels like a very good place to start. It does what I need it to do, looks good doing it, and has been a genuinely enjoyable device to use.

This machine looks, feels and performs great. I use this for browsing the web and MS Office apps and I have not had any performance issues when compared to my old M1 air. Other than the missing backlight keyboard I have not really noticed any issues. Yes, the USB ports are different speeds but the machine warns me and suggests I change the port when I plugged in my external HD and outside of restoring from my old Air I have not found myself using both ports at the same time. The screen is good for watching a movie or YouTube and the sounds is fine via the speakers but I tend to use my AirPods anyways. Overall this is a good Mac at a great price.

This little Mac Neo is awesome! Most of my computer products are based on Windows, but I also use an Iphone 15 Pro and Ipad A16. I purchased this laptop to remain the in Apple ecosystem ... I love it! It definately has a learning curve if you are mostly used to Windows but at this price point, I find it to be the perfect fit! So far it has handled everything I've thrown at it! Even the simplicity of using my Ipad as a second screen is simple! Love it!

I tried out the mac Neo, very slick and durable. The body is pleasant and and the size perfect especially for traveling. However its only sttong enough for specific tasks. The 256 is almost not worth getting becaue youll run out of memory almost overnight. My issue with it was that it crashed as soon as I set it up.I tempted to download an app from the app store and it crashed when I opened it. That disappointed me. So I had to reset it and start over. Its kind of nice how quickly you can reset the laptop. The second go arount Neo surpased my expectations. Works with all your necessary small load apps. Very nice for the price. But if you need power, M5 chip will surprise you.

my last macbook was from 2008 so this is a HUGE upgrade. I also own a mac studio for editing work so this macbook is mostly for leisure and writing on the go. Its so fast and pretty light and the light green hue is beautiful.

Excellent laptop, especially for the price! The laptop is great for school and office work. It also works very with iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. For the price it also has a great screen, good speakers, great battery life , and amazing build quality. Probably the best laptop you can get for $600.
