Missing bolts
David Posted
I got open box and it was missing bolts for the stand. Best Buy support said my only options was to go in store and ask for bolts for the stand or return the tv. I went in store and workers and managers just said they couldn’t help me and that I should just return the tv since I didn’t get it from that particular store. I ended up just ordering some screws off amazon that ended up working. 3 stars because of the service and because they didn’t tell me that there would be missing pieces from an excellent condition item. Tv works fine. It’s the cheapest of the Bravia line for a reason but is good for casual use.

SURPRISINGLY VERRY GOOD LED with 4K UHD
Brian Posted
Even though this is my secondary Tv,I can confidently say that the Sony Bravia 2 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV has completely transformed my viewing experience. The 4K UHD resolution is stunning. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or playing video games, the picture quality is crisp, clear, and vibrant. The HDR ensures rich colors and deep blacks, making everything pop off the screen. Google TV is easy to navigate, and the voice assistant works ok.I can actually control smart devices with just a simple voice command. The Google Assistant is responsive, and I like being able to link it with other smart devices around my house. Google Play Store is pre-installed It’s perfect for gamers, too—there’s little to no lag, and the graphics are kikk butt in 4K resolution. Plenty of HDMI ports, 2 USB inputs, and built-in Wi-Fi, connecting to my devices. It supports Bluetooth, so you can connect headphones or speakers without the hassle of cords. If you're looking for an all-around Economical but great lookin'TV, the Sony Bravia 2 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV may be what your lookin for!!!! Highly recommend!

Hi Brian! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback on the Sony Bravia 2 II TV!
We are really happy to hear how much the TV has elevated your viewing experience.
While it sounds like you've already discovered some great features, we just wanted to highlight a couple more things that make the Bravia 2 II a standout:
We designed this model to handle fast-moving content beautifully, thanks to technologies that reduce motion blur, ensuring everything stays smooth and clear, especially important for action movies and gaming. Plus, the TV's up-scaling capabilities mean that even non-4K content is enhanced to look as close to Ultra HD as possible, so everything you watch benefits from the display.
Thanks for choosing Sony!

Leaving no Crumbs, Just right!
Musicalmonk Posted
It's very new! The OS is impeccable, and the system only requires that you have a Wi-Fi connection to run its update. I also like the extra HDMI port for my little NES gaming box, which I use to enjoy vintage vibes. The aura hits right on this screen and it's dripping with features that would leave crumbs at the end of the day. Would I choose this product again if I went to the store today? 10x yes! Sony Bravia has the right feel. I hope it makes you as happy as it's got me under its spell.

Had been intending to upgrade my bedroom TV to a larger screen, but finally was forced to when the old one started flaking out. I didn't need a super high end TV, but did want a good one. This is the perfect size for the room and having had several Sony TVs, decided I would stick with Sony. The picture is good, setup was easy, sound is good; overall a good buy at a reasonable price.

Good TV bad instructions
JamesM Posted
The TV itself is wonderful. The picture and sound are great for us. We don’t have a home theater set up. We mostly watch streaming shows and do not have a game console. There are 3 things that I don’t like about the TV. First is the initial set up. The directions for just opening the box and adding the feet should be simple but they weren’t. They were pictures with no text. The few words shown in warnings said to be careful of the screen but the picture show laying the screen side down to attach the feet. I used the styrofoam to support the back of the TV while adding the feet. It took a while to do the licensing agreements and other set up items took along time to get through. The part I like the least is the remote control. It has taken a few weeks to start to get used to it. The enter button and move up down right and left buttons are sensitive and you can easily hit one when you think you’ve hit another. It doesn’t have a talk to it function. I could read the instructions but see above/

Thank you for sharing this detailed review, JamesM.
We are absolutely delighted to hear that you find the TV itself to be wonderful and that the picture and sound are great for your streaming and non-home theater setup needs. It is rewarding to know that the core viewing experience of the K-50S20M2 is meeting your expectations.
However, we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with the initial setup process. Your feedback regarding the unboxing instructions is incredibly important. We regret that this process was confusing, and we will share this input directly with our packaging and manual teams to improve clarity immediately. We also understand that the licensing agreements and other set-up items took longer than they should have, and we apologize for the tedious experience.
The part of your feedback we take most seriously is your difficulty with the remote control. We regret that the sensitivity and layout of the directional and enter buttons have made the TV cumbersome to use over the last few weeks. We are committed to making our remote controls intuitive, and your detailed critique of the design is invaluable for future revisions.
The remote for the K-50S20M2 includes a microphone button that allows you to give voice commands and search for content via Google Assistant. Please check the remote for that specific button, as utilizing this feature can make navigation much easier, especially compared to manually typing. We apologize if the instructions did not clearly highlight this powerful feature.
Thank you for bringing all these points to our attention. We rely on honest feedback like this to enhance both our hardware and the entire customer experience.
Thank you for choosing Sony!

Excellent Purchase from Best Buy Open Box
SUZN Posted
So happy with the TV itself. Great quality viewing without being over complicated. The Sony remote is not as robust as we'd like. Our previous Sony TV remote had the capability to punch-in channels from a number pad to go directly to a desired program. Suppose with streaming that isn't used as much, but we liked the option when viewing "regular" local broadcasts, plus there isn't a button to jump back to the pervious channel like our old remote, this one forces you to scroll all the way through, it's annoying but not the end of the world. Would still recommend.

Hi SUZN,
We completely understand how much you miss the convenience of a traditional number pad and a dedicated previous-channel button when navigating through your local broadcasts. As a helpful workaround, you can use the Google TV app on your smartphone to access an onscreen keypad for easier channel navigation. For more guidance on remote features and troubleshooting support, please visit official Sony support resources at https://www.sony.com/electronics/support.

Sound Quality
JOSEPHA Posted
What a disappointment. The speakers deliver very little base. Every spoken word has a shrill, unnatural quality about it. The net result was that I had to spend an additional $150 to buy a sound bar to provide reasonable sound for the unit. For future buyers, it would be nice to get a heads up about the need for supplemental audio equipment. The picture is fine, but the sound quality was truly a major turn off. I have always trusted the Sony brand but that is no longer the case. In addition to product review I would like to mention delivery. The person delivering the unit failed to bring it 20 feet down an entry way to the main entrance but rather placed it in front of a double door entrance to an attached utility room. This entry is in direct view from the street and sidewalk. Fortunately, we beat the "porch pirates" to it. If this individual still is employed at Best Buy, more training is definitely needed for this person..

It is a Sony, I have been purchasing Sony TVs for years and never had a problem with the quality of the pictures. The price for a Sony usually is higher but I learned long ago that you pay for what you get. However, that option has been set upon his head with this low price. So you get a Sony with a lower price than usual is a win win.
