The X-Men franchise started out with a big bang and hasn't let up yet. The first three are spectacular, with gorgeous special effects and sound providing a feast for the eyes and ears. If you like special features such as behind the scenes, deleted/extended scenes, making of documentaries, and other featurettes such as I do, you will spend hours enjoying them as much as the feature films. Added to all the above is the availability of digital copies for all three films, which makes this a great box set for any movie collector.

This review is about the package, not the movies themselves: If you're looking for a set of the original X-Men movie trilogy and also want the special features, then this is a great set. This includes a second disc for all 3 movies as well as the digital copy. The special features range from behind the scenes, featurettes, documentaries, deleted scenes, and more. There are other packages that may even come with the newer films but they do not include the second disc for the extras which for some people may be a deal breaker. If that doesn't affect you, then get the cheaper set/the one with more movies.

At $6.65 Per Blu Ray it's a pretty good deal. 2 of the 3 movies are good. X-Men & X2 are good. The last stand leaves a lot to be desired. What I like about buying these is that you also get a 2nd disc included with lots of extras so if you are a fan these are nice to have. Overall this is a good deal if you don't own any of the X-Men movies and want to collect them. If you have never watched an X-Men movie I recommend starting by watching X-Men First Class and see if it is your cup of tea before investing any future time and money in the series.

Amazing Blu-ray purchase to catch up on the X-Men movies before the release of the May 27th movie, if you haven't seen the movies. Or if you have the DVD like me & wanted to upgrade to better sound & better picture. It comes with the movies & extras to see behind the scenes, locations & interviews. Amazing purchase for an amazing price. Now this is only for the first three X-Men movies released. Doesn't include, X-Men: Days of Future Past.

After finding out my wife had never seen all these once we watched The Last Stand, I had to buy them. Finding them on sale was a bonus! Of course, it's disappointing to find things that don't add up with future movies, like the Prof walking into the house to talk to Jean Grey, after the Last Stand showed him getting shot in the back and losing his ability to walk way before. Of course you can say "Oh, it's an AU' but that's kinda a cheap way out. Hopefully future titles will consider this kind of thing and stick to a story line!

While not part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the X-Men movies are a must-see for any true Marvel fan. Foregoing the flashy costumes, X-Men and its sequels grounded the mutant phenomenon in as real a world as possible. X2 soared even higher than the first. And while The Last Stand is the least enjoyable of the three, it is still very good cinema. Hugh Jackman will FOREVER be Wolverine!

At first purchase, we received the first Xmen movie and two of the second movie. I don't know how it was (maybe manufacturer defect) that we received two of the second movie and no third movie but Best Buy gladly accepted our return and exchanged it for another. My husband loved his present and when I told him the price, he was astonished! A great buy, especially on Blu-Ray.

I got this on a super-special deal, and it only added t othe enjoyment. A lot of people give the third movie negatives, but It still told a story. Each movie has the underlying "Mutants need to be feared" theme, but it is delat with real well. I can't wait until the next trilogy continues this summer!

The X-Men trilogy pack is a fantastic set for fans of the series or new fans alike. All three movies come with the blu ray, dvd, and digital copy, a total of 9 disc. Theres plenty of special features and the picture and sound quality of these blu rays are amazing! Its a must buy!

Great continuation of the last movie. Starts kind of slow but then you finally get to see the beginning of Zod and the other characters from the original Superman. Great to see this as a kid and now see it in Blue Ray with new action and direction. I really like it in 3D, havent seen it in the movies but looks great on my 3D, TV. Good watch.

This is a great buy at a great price (I picked this trilogy pack up for $17.99). Not only does it include the first three X-MEN films and all their extras, but it comes in Blu-ray format and contains a digital copy of each film. Where other versions only offer the Ultaviolet digital copy, this trilogy set also offers the digital copy for iTunes! A must have for Apple and iCloud users!

You save a lot of money buyin this collection, rather than buyin every movie seperate. Bonus of digital copies is a great buy as well. I hope I can buy more of these 'collections' for other movies as well. oh yeah, as for the movie... come on... its x men! awesome!(

First, the blu-ray quality is just about what you would expect for the series. And if you are a fan of sci-fi movies, you really shouldn't miss out on these three movies so If you're looking for a feature-packed blu-ray set this is a must have. Totally worth it.

I love this gift set. It includes so many extra hours of bonus features for each movie, which are super interesting and fun to watch. The movies themselves are as great as they were the first time I saw them in theatres. The colors & picture are impeccable. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase.

Fans of the original X-Men movies will love to see them in glorious HD. The quality of the films vary, but it's worth it to have all three original movies in one convenient place. They have never looked or sounded this good before.

If you want to own the X-Men Trilogy on Blu-Ray this is the set to own. A 9 Disc set Blu-Ray/DVD Combo set that gives you everything you want for playing at home on Blu-Ray and on the go on DVD. I got the set on Sale and to me it's worth owning if you are an X-Men Fan.

Love these movies, didn't have all of them on Blu-Ray, so decided to use my most recent Rewards Zone cert and get the series to watch again and again. It's funny seeing Wolverine get bigger and bigger with each movie.

X-MEN Trilogy on Blu Ray is a most have for any X-MEN fan! The picture and sound quality are excellent, the bonus features are great, and you can not beat the price it was $29.99 on bestbuy.com the first week in July.

I have enjoyed watching all the xmen movies. I also spent alot of time watching behind the scenes and deleted scenes. Watching the movies on blue ray are so crisp and clear, its way better than the DVDs.

Loved all these movies when i seen em in the theaters, now im happy to own them on Blu Ray, comes with 9 discs, all the bonus features and digital copies, oh and you cant beat the price either 19.99
