Bought this for my boyfriend after a year of him wanting one and asking for it for Christmas. It has worked so well I haven't seen him since! :/

I love this system. The console is massive, but it works well. The graphics are awesome along with the game selection. Wish I would have bought the kinect to get the full experience.

This particular xbox one is a fantastic buy for the money, for 349 your getting gears of war ultimate edition packed right in there. Few things I really enjoy about my xbox, the servers are stable with fantastic party chat quality, it replaces my chromecast for netflix, crunchyroll and twitch. The browser is decent compared to trying tl use the god awful ps4 broswer, its not the best way to surf the web but it aint bad. Can now stream games to my laptop when I want to use it from another room which is a neat feature. Lastly l, the controller the controller the controller is the best out there, once you get a plug and play kit it will last for days of playtime without worry of it zonking out every 4 hours. Chat range and delay is also fantastic too. Its large with adequate cooling as well, doesnt seem to overheat.

bought this for my son. He loves playing it. Graphics are incredible. The downside is you have to install/download the games and it takes up too much memory. Another issue is the not all of the Xbox360 games are reverse play yet.

bought this for the kids at Christmas and haven't seen them since. No really, after homework, chores, etc the kids have a great time playing their games. they say the graphics are great and watching dvd's is a plus. great system

The jump from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox one was extremely dramatic. The interface is totally upgraded and more reliable and efficient. Game play and the graphics are absolutely astounding compared to the 360! Good job Microsoft.

Thank you Microsoft for creating a new console, that we parents had to get. Is it worth it no, is it great yes. Would I recommend this to a friend, yes. Why you ask, because if you have it then your friend needs it so you can play against him. Just like you need the newest version of GTA and Black Ops.

Great graphics. It was kind of a pain to have to sign in with my password every time I played, especially since I did not purchase a keyboard. This is resolved, as I was able to reset this setting. Bluetooth quality and streaming quality are excellent. This is a definite improvement over the Xbox 360!

Exceeds expectations...was gonna get a ps4 but being on a budget I have to get the system that is better!!! The xbox one has so many features that I couldn't really imagine!

The Xbox 1 has been fantastic. I have enjoyed all the new games I've purchased, as well as the ease using apps such as Netflix to enjoy my favorite shows. The one complaint is the crazy amount of downloads it requires to play some games, but that is likely due to the great graphics and game play.

Definitely an upgrade from the 360. Love the new user interface and home screen. Streaming to my PC is a huge bonus feature. Backwards compatible digital copies of my 360 games made it an easier decision to upgrade.

This is our 3rd Xbox one in our home. All working great... no replacements. Prefer over PS3, which we also have (2) consoles currently also hooked up. Use the Xbox ones to play games, watch Netflix & watch blu rays.

I took along time to get 1 and ended up getteing 1 for Valentines day talk about happy this is quite a system.like i said i waited thinking it was just a beefed up 360 but it is so much more everyone must have one

When I purchased this I also received a Best buy gift card, so I can't complain at all, it's like it cost me $50 less. Being that I hadn't played videogame in a couple of years, it was amazing to be able to fully enjoy my Gears of War experience all over again. The re-mastered edition that comes with this was even better than I remembered. As far as the xbox one itself goes, what can I say, I enjoy the layout for the most part. I had a little trouble figuring out how to submit a code for a game, but after a quick google search, my question was answered. I'm still exploring all the details with the xbox one, but as far as the versatility of it goes, with videos apps and other applications, I can't complain. I would recommend this product.

It's the next-generation of gaming, true, but the user interface was/is still terrible to navigate. More of a software thing, but even the quality of the controller and console seems a little shaky. It seems to hold up fairly well, performance-wise. Some general lag alternating programs.

Surprised my son on Christmas, He and his older brother have had a blast playing it. Easy to get started and the graphics are amazing. Characters look real life.

This is a great console. Let me first say that I own both the Xbox One and PS4. SO I'm not dedicated to one console. No fanboy here. I will say the Xbox One is a nice machine. The graphics are good, I wish more of the titles were full 1080p like the PS4 but the graphics are very good. I love the Xbox One even more that it can play some xbox 360 games with the new software update. Also with the new controllers having the 3.5mm headphone jack that is a huge plus too. I will say I wasn't thrilled about this console when it came out but after owning one I really do like it. Great console. I will say if you are a hardcore gamer I would go more for PS4 but the Xbox one is that great all around console that's gamer and family room friendly.

The BEST console available in 2016! Unbelievable features, amazing graphics, and everything you could think of combined into one majorly entertaining system! If you don't have ONE Best Buy is a place to get it!

I have owned every version of PlayStation and Xbox ever released and must say the Xbox1 has the best graphics and interface I have ever seen. The packed in remake of Gears of War is superb. Strongly recommend.

I have enjoyed the One with all the new features and updates. Disappointed that all games need to be installed and how long it takes. I would highly suggest looking for a good deal on a 2TB external hard drive. The amount you spend on that will be the same as buying the 1TB Xbox.
