Very Good Projector

This projector has a learning curve to get the best possible picture out of it. The contrast ratio could be a little bit better but if you adjust the picture options to fit the content that you're watching, it isn't that bad. The user interface is a little bit cumbersome. So I deduct half a star for contrast ratios, and another half a star for the user interface, but overall it's a pretty good projector and I would recommend it if it fits your needs.

Terrible Software Issues

Picture is great, but having multiple issues with the HBO Max app playing Dolby Vision content. Also screen casting/mirroring not working. Support was not able to solve my issues and have been waiting for 3 weeks on my new unit to arrive DO NOT BUY this product. Terrible support and their software does not work.

Worst customer service ever

Unfortunately it's been almost a month I still don't have the projector it was supposed to be there 3 days after I bought it it went to 10 days it went to two weeks now it's still ain't there and they're refusing to refund my money until the projector shows up I don't know I can't review the projector but I wouldn't buy anything from Best buy ever again. And they tell me to have a private conversation with somebody on a hotline or it doesn't matter nobody refunds my money they say they can't even do it until the projector shows up as of right now they have no idea when the projector is going to show up
So $1,700 of my money they keep until they decide when when I get the projector that isn't how you run your business I don't know how they're still in business treating their customers like that
