To be able to use it, you need to download the Xplora app and link the device. The monthly cost isn't bad, and they have options for monthly or yearly contracts which gets you better deals. You wouldn’t pay more than $15 a month for the service. I am able to call and text my son, and track his location. Location updates constantly and is pretty accurate. It also has school mode so no calls or texts dyring school hour which i am able to set. And i love i approve the contacts that call or text him. Absolutely love it.

The sim slot should easily accept your card & eject to remove, card does not fit easily and cannot be removed without destroying the watch. Our daughter also had bought one unbeknownst to me & had the exact same problem.

She can use it to call or send messages to a select audience of my discretion. It is an activity tracker and GPS monitor. I feel more comfortable allowing her outside unsupervised with friends since we can call one another and I can track her location easily. She loves earing points and tracking her steps. It is only $10/mo through AT&T for the sellular data.
