I purchased this as a gift because I purchased myself one last year and have had zero issues with it. I have done a poor job with cleaning and maintenance. Well, I haven't done any of that since I have had it. And I haven't had any issues at all and I've got hundreds of hours of print time so far. So it was a no brainer to purchase, especially at the sale price.

Great product. Calibration of bed can be tough but makes amazing prints. Blue painters tape on bed holds ABS in place great during prints

i got the pro thinking i would get smooth round circles, curves, spheres, etc but instead, the result is worse than pixelated because this one is 3D-pixelated! the first 3D printer in history does a better job than xyz's newest "pro" printer their software (you can only use theirs) as well as the instructions are poorly translated to english, at best

The platform warped, the filament clogged, the nozzle dragged across the printing figure causing the figure to move and the resulting figure was lop sided.

It’s super easy to set up and print. Each filament takes some tinkering to get right, but once you figure it out; it’s all good.

So I was very happy with how Best Buy handled the issue I had the unit that I received would not calibrate to allow me to level the print bed which is an essential step in being able to actually print an item. I went through all the steps online in the support section and emailed the company to open a support case on a Friday. They did not get back to me till Monday with a response of it sounds like the extruder was not installed correctly please remove it reset the machine then try the calibration again. They give me no help on how to do that I had to look that up myself. It did not work so I replied that the solution did not fix the issue. I was then told to call and speak with tech support directly. After spending 4 hrs on the phone with them they had determined that there was a warp in the print bed and I needed to send it in to be serviced. The cost was $100 for shipping. It didn't matter that I had just bought the product or not. With no guarantee that once the replaced the print bed it would fix the solution.

Best Printer to use, because you can use 3rd party filament .. the best part it comes already assembled. The only thing you have to do is level the bed with the pre-installed configuration setup tool . I've been printing items with this machine now.. Great Price

This was a Christmas gift. It took a couple times of playing with it to master it. Now, I have plastics things everywhere. It is a fun printer and does a great job. The only issue and it is with all of them is getting tape on the print bed without bubbles or overlap.

This Printer Sucks Problem before itr even got to my door. Showed up damaged on the door so it don't close proberly. then even before I can start my first print it clogs and cause of that i had to replace the tubing and cuplerings. now al replaced and it clogs again.

waste of time, money, and hard drive space (took like 8 different programs to remotely make anything in 3d modals.) honestly dont buy it so many others that offer more for less.

THIS IS HARD TO CALIBRATE, ADVERTISED AS LASER ENGAVING BUT IT DOESN'T SAY NEED TO PURCHASE THAT OPTION,

This is very cool printer. Alittle hard when your setting it up. But it still s great.

Go buy an Ender V2 for significantly less, it’ll be more reliable by a long shot

I do not recommend an XYZ Printing printer for anyone. I just saying your gonna have problems.
