I’m really trying to like this game but I’m doing more watching than playing. And to make matters worse, the game’s story is difficult to sit through. It’s boring due to being poorly directed. Hardcore Yakuza fans will probably love this but everyone else should stay away.

Nice game to the series not as good as number 6, but okay

Ended up returning due to bugs in the game. Hopefully they fix them and re-release.

not that good of a game, kind of like a GT@ without the sandbox freedom

Changed the fighting to prompts instead of brawler type. I returned it.

Loving this JRPG! Protagonist Kasuga is a kindhearted and empathetic character, a worthy successor to past protagonist Kiryu. Switch between different jobs and battle Yakuza to find out why Kasuga was left behind shortly after his release from a lengthy prison sentence. This is NOT a beat 'em up game like Yakuza 0 through Yakuza 6, in which you play as Kiryu. This is purely a JRPG.

The best out of the series! I can do almost everything I want and the missions are hilarious. Definitely worth a play

Very good game. Comes in a metal box. Lots of references to earlier ones so maybe play those first.

Second one i purchased and its amazing. Only thing thats a little bother is the sound which can be a little bothering when sleeping
