For the price so far great product. Easy to install and easy to operate. Have not had any issues with the app and everyone in the household has not had any issues getting in the door.

The lock works very well pretty simple install. Best Buy has it on sale more often than not. I went with the buttons because I don’t always have the best luck with touchscreens also you can add the Wi-Fi module whenever for the capability to lock/unlock anywhere. Bluetooth works well in my place so no issues but will get the Wi-Fi module later

This lock replaced the yell assure lock with the built-in Wi-Fi connection. Repeated problems with that lock. This is the simpler version that does not require as much battery power to operate which means batteries last much longer. It’s a good luck. The Wi-Fi was nice but changing batteries every 3 to 4 weeks was irritating. This one did not get four stars because I had to call customer service to get it to work when I installed it. Yale does have great customer service with real people who know how to answer questions and get problems resolved. it was also a tremendous price on this lock

It can't get easier than installing this unit. I find the Bluetooth works really well and is more reliable than the Wi-Fi unit. However, the module can always be upgraded for more capabilities. Good buy.

Easy install and works great. Best choice I have made hands down.

I love coming home with bags and other junk in my hands and to not have to fumble with my keys to get the door open. And i really like the security of being notified when my door is locked and unlocked. Setup was super simple and fast also.

Great lock. Very affordable, sleek and some good features. Make sue you get the get the wifi smart module (sold separately) to control away from home.

Replaced my side door garage door with this new lock. Easy to install and it’s my 3rd one. Control each lock in your nest Yale app. Can’t go wrong.

The lock was very easy to set up it has a premium feel to it and overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. The only thing that I didn't realize is that in order to use the smart functions like being able to use your Google Assistant and notifications about when the door is open and closed you have to have a Wi-Fi module that is sold separately in order to get those features. I did buy this lock on a deal of the dale sale as well.

Great product!! smooth installation, easy set up, and simple to use. Purchased for my house for airbnb and i love how i can customize several codes and delete old ones. Great buy, definitely recommend! 10/10

Easy to use. Easy to install. Easy to create codes. Just what we were looki g for. I dont like that you need to pur hase a seperate puece for the wifi.

The setup was a bit difficult at first, especially when it came to programming the PINs—it wasn’t very intuitive and took some extra time. However, once everything was fully set up, the lock has worked reliably with no major issues. Since installation, the system has been consistent and dependable, and it’s been convenient for everyday use. Overall, despite the initial setup challenges, I’m satisfied with how well it performs.

Easy to install, easy to use. The proximity sensor attached to the app makes getting in easy.

For the price this smart is a very good buy. However, I really wanted. Schlage encode plus smart lock that IS NOT available at Best Buy and cost more. But, I wanted newer technology and ability to unlock with my smart Apple Watch.

Yale has a good quality and easy to work. Problem was it didn’t come complete. I bought the internet module after. So, take care if they are complete when you buy.

The lock is very easy to install. It does everything we need without any issues. The app is easy to use. Highly recommended.

This is a great deadbolt only replacement. We have a couple Yale deadbolts and they are great as a direct deadbolt replacement.

Love this lock. Simple and easy installation and works seamlessly with Apple Homekit. One feature I love about this lock is even though it doesn't have a keyed entry (which makes it safer IMO) is on the bottom of the exterior key panel is a spot to connect a 9volt battery on the two metal nubs. This allows you to power it in case the batteries die, or you forget to change them, without being locked out. If you buy the one with the keyed entry, and you lose the keys and the batteries die, you will have to call a locksmith. The keyed entry model does not include the 9-volt connector. All in all its a great device. Highly recommended.
