      It showed up missing a plate to cover the screws around the handle hole. Yale customer service is a joke. Still waiting to "finish" the install.

      It looks great. Super easy install. Easier access over round knob. Installed this in addition to Yale smart deadbolt. No cons at all. Received it quick. No more Amazon, Best Buy delivers on time and accurate. Recommended to friends and family. Finish is high quality.
