    Bought this unit to replace an older Yamaha receiver and get the 4K and 3D pass through.This is a real improvement over my older model which had a similar amount of power.This has 6 HDMI inputs with a greater amount of bass effect and seems to have more separation when newer movies and music is played on it.Sale price and quality makes it a good purchase.

    I would have preferred a receiver with more options for AV since I still have some older components--but I was limited by price. So, for now, it has more HD than I need, but I will use them as I upgrade. This one is excellent so far for the price range. Just be sure to check the options before you buy. Yamaha has always been a great product for me.
