I upgraded from a 7 year old receiver, my how things have changed! Works well with all my electronics including my phone!!! Love It! Sound is amazing.

Sounds great with my new speaker package. Easy to use and program. This is my third Yamaha amplifier / receiver and I am looking forward to many years of listening pleasure. Rock on!

Setup was extremely simple coming from an older Pioneer receiver. All of the audio ports in the back accept banana plugs which makes you life so much easier, I recommend picking some of those up as well. I currently only have R/L/C/Sub channel speakers and this receiver balanced the audio between the the 4 very well. I'm not an audiophile by any means but I enjoy watching a lot of blockbuster movies and this receiver is great.

I really like this stereo. I love the wifi feature and being able to hook up to Spotify wirelessly. I also like the 6 hdmi hook ups.

I looked around at a couple different stores and a couple of different receivers. I was debating on buying one with capacity for more than one 4K passthrough. I am not currently using any 4K devices so decided the one 4K passthrough and the WiFi capabilities in this model were pretty solid. The sound quality has been good. Every once in awhile there are some Bluetooth connectivity issues. Overall its been great.

A good bet for someone who is not an audiophile but can tell the difference between high and low end sound. Set up fairly easy - didn't need my brother but did have to download the manual (this is not such a great thing).

Excellent!. Love that it is WIFI enabled and had no trouble adding it to my home network. M Klipsch speakers and paragrim sub woofer sound fantastic being run by this receiver.

I went with this receiver because of the additional features and I'm glad I did. The built in wifi was simple to set up and works great. The AirPlay feature is amazing and sounds much better than using the built in Bluetooth. My favorite feature is the Yamaha AV controller app. It's available for both Android and IOS and makes dialing in settings and changing inputs a breeze. The sound is fantastic!

Receiver works great in my system. 5.1 Receiver is all I need. Best Buy was very helpful in this purchase deceision.

I bought this to replace a much higher level ( same brand ) receiver after it quite working. This time I only bought what I needed. Works great ! Happy with it so far, works as good as old one did !

Great value. Receiver was easy to set up. Love the bluetooth feature ... broadcasts the audio for my Samsung TV.

I like this new receiver. But...it has taken me several weeks to figure out how to use it. Everything, including the installation instructions are done on line. That may not bother most people but I would have liked to have something in my hand to read so I could learn how to take advantage of this awesome receiver. To learn how to use the many features in this receiver one has to look on the online PDF. or download an app to your phone. I like this receiver but do not like the steep learning curve since I do not have access to the computer all the time.

My 4065 HDMI went out, I wanted something similar I'm not been disappointed. Easy to setup, AirPlay net radio perfect match to my existing speaker system.

I am excited to get this hooked up. still in the box but everything is looking great. should solve the problems of the old unit I have, this one has all the features I was looking for.

I'm new to the Yamaha brand after being loyal to another big name giant for many years. I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality and above all the ease of setup. The included microphone was awesome as my room and speaker placement is not perfect, the system and microphone helped a lot. Everything was custom tuned for the room in 5-10 minutes.

Bought receiver for husband and he really likes it. We have had the same receiver for 15 years and the new one does make a difference.

Accidentally fried previous receiver, for the price this one is nice. Have had issues with playing an ipod thru Bluetooth, but has nice sound.

Everything you could want in a 5.1 system. Drives the speakers with plenty of power. Bluetooth and Network connectivity is icing on the cake.

This Reciever was rated very good for a 5.1 set up which is what I have and use easy to set up use navigate would definitely recommend.

I have had Yamaha receivers in my past, and this one is the top of all of them! Exactly fell into my existing system, sounds awesome!
