    I really wasn't expecting much from these Yamaha - 8" 3-Way Bookshelf Speakers at the price I paid. Much to my surprise I was impressed at the sound quality. The bass. Midrange and high range were very good. In this price range I highly recommend these speakers

    These yamaha 8" bookshelf speakers were not good enough for me to keep. The midrange speaker is barely audible with my ear 6" from the driver. Just a overall cheap sound not doing well at any frequency. Even the guy i sold them to said the mid speaker was blown but i told him you have to put your ear right next to it to hear the mids.
