The “scenes” are especially cool - presets that will accommodate varied a/v environments but can be customized to your discrete tastes in sound reproduction. Supports a wide range of audio input mediums. I can’t be happier with the purchase!!

Amazing system!

We have our system indoors and out by our pool. The party mode feature allows you to hear what's on your tv (football, etc.) outside. No other receiver we found had this feature and this was priced lower than many other good receivers! Win win for us and thank you Yamaha!

Famous Yamaha distinct sound

I have it connected to def tech D11s and def tech pro2000 center channel and the separation and clarity is satisfying when listening to music and watching movies. I also bought a Denon and it is being repaired right now for overheating.
