Not the greatest sound, but you get what you pay for! I use it for background music on my patio. Sounds a lot better than the small, portable radio I used to listen to out there. Fits nicely under the overhang & easy to install. I have to be careful not to “crank it up” too much because my amplifier puts out more than the speakers can handle! But for my purposes - music you can play while still having a conversation - it word well. Anything “better” was over twice the cost.

Love them. Crisp sound with little distortion. Good response range. Simple 2 wire connection. Been in my covered patio without a speaker cover. They have gotten wet and still perform great. They are not in direct sunlight and i only use a wet rag to wipe of dust and dirt but not necessary. My neighbors say they can hear the sound 4 houses down clearly at full volume. (Only did that to test them cause I have great neighbors)

Great price for a great product! I bought the same speakers six years ago for my business, and they’re still in perfect condition. I purchased them again for a new terrace, and they continue to perform flawlessly even under extreme outdoor conditions.

These speakers sound great for the price. I replaced a set of Dual outdoor speakers that lasted 9 years so I hope these Yamaha speakers last as long. For best results install the speakers under your deck so that the sound is not blasting into your ears. Much easier to hear your guests talking when the sound is underneath you and it helps to improve the bass. The picture I am attaching to this review shows where I installed my speakers under my deck. This also helps to protect the speakers from the weather.

bought these for my pool area. the sound was great very crisp… you can crank them up without distortion if you’re neighbors don’t mind your taste in music.

I own 3 sets of these speakers now because I was satisfied with the first pair I bought. I have one pair in the front porch and two pairs in the back where I have the parties. I have them hooked up to a 5.1 receiver and the sound quality is awesome!! You don't get a lot of bass out of them but they still sound nice and also you can hear them several houses down when the volume is on hi.

Great sounding speakers. As good of a quality as any indoor speaker. Mounting was a breeze. So glad I bought these.

I had a pair of smaller speakers that are under my deck and point out to my back yard. After about 5 years one of them failed and went looking for a better pair. I found these and they appeared well matched in power and impedance to my Onkyo amplifier. They crank and provide crystal clear sound to my whole back yard and underdeck living room and bar.

I was looking for an inexpensive pair of speakers can put outside on a vacation home and was very surprised with the sound that I get out of these speakers my neighbor likes them too

I purchased two sets for my Man Cave Extension (Garage) as I spend a lot of time out there in the warmer months. I wall fished the speaker wire for that clean look. They play off an Onkyo receiver with a 40 inch Samsung wall mounted. Very nice sound from the four speakers.

These are fantastic speakers for my outdoor surround sound system i have for my back yard. I have a 500w onkyo with 5 of these and a 10” sub for my 5.1. They dont have the best bass but what do you expect for such small speakers and the price. Added with the sub and it’s perfect. The bass isn’t terrible but definitely will want a sub to give that extra kick. Gave 5 stars because they’re exactly what I expected for the size and price.

Great speakers and amazing sound for the price! Purchased a 150w Bluetooth amp off Amazon to go with these speakers and they sound awesome! Highly recommend!!

Quality sound at a very reasonable price. It sounds so much better than we expected to get for a pair of speakers in this price range. Easy to install and seem well built

Very happy with this purchase. They are used when I'm working in the yard or relaxing on my deck or patio. They are not top of line sounding speakers but they are decent and for the price even better.

For the cost and being an outdoor speaker, remarkable sound. Lets see if the survive a couple midwestern winters with snow and winds off the lake.

Used these for the backyard sound system. The sound from them is extraordinary.

Too tinny. Does NOT fit 6.5 space from Polk 6.5 speakers Altima 6. I bought what i was lead to believe was an ON-SALE YAMAHA REPLACEMENT for polks Ultima 6. These are NOT on the same field nor in the same ballpark. My mistake. Ill stick these on a shelf...never to be seen or heard from again. Onkyo trnx656 pumps 125 wats RMS TO 6 OHMS and the natural sound yamahas sound like a wifi child room monitor when solid mounted to a deck soffit with anchors. I love Best Buy....loath these version yamaha natural sound speakers. My 2c and future respect for BB hangs in the balance.
