Really solid system. The subwoofer packs a nice clear punch. The adjustments are very easy bass, treble and midrange. Very easy setup with the HDMI Arc makes it a breeze. This system is a 10/10

Purchased my my mancave, sound is great for the price. Hooked up to my Samsung TV and it sync's perfectly turning itself on/off with the TV. Volume control with the TV remote using HDMI arc connection.

Amazing! Geek squad installed and set sound perfectly as needed. Set up for my East’s Not theirs. At first, they set up for bass boom box - yikes! Not balanced, but reset mmm reset perfectly for everyone. The system is amazing as all Yamahas that I’ve ever owned from my PA systems, guitars, everything Yamaha. I’ma musician and know my Yamaha gear. Love it!

I was hesitant on buying this beast. I always wanted an Onkyo sound system but I found this one and decided to give it a try. After spending about 1 hr setting everything up, and I gave it a try watching Zack Snyder’s Justice League and I was blown away! I have used high end Yamaha music instruments (pianos, bass guitars and drums sets) and I am always happy with them, even motorcycles!!!! So, I decided to give it a try and here I am a month later, happy. I don’t think I need anything else. For a small house, this is more than enough.

Two days in and we love the sound! Such an upgrade over our TV speakers and a cheap sound bar we tried at first. We are very happy with the sound and all of the features, the HDMI connection to TV is great as everything can be controlled by one remote.

Center and rear speakers sound great. Fronts are a little underwhelming. I upgraded to a set of polk monitor 60's and the sound improvement was vast. This is a great starter kit. The receiver works well. I have no issues in the few weeks I have had it.

Value for the price is excellent. The receiver is a good deal, although I find myself having to reconnect it to the app more often than I'd like. The front speakers are fine for TV and movie viewing, I plan to upgrade them for music.

Awesome Product. Easy to set up. Watched Top Gun Maverick and Holy Cow the sound quality is amazing. Scares you sometimes when the jets come out of nowhere.

Was looking for a bigger system and saw this guy for a more affordable price. Gave it a shot and don’t regret a dime! Timing consuming to set up but worth the wait! Truly enjoy the options for how you want your system set up! Would definitely recommend this

Perfect for my application in a home library/lounge with custom in-wall surround speakers. I used the receiver and subwoofer and wired to my custom Klipsch speakers. Lots of control available and plenty of power per channel. Was impressed with the custom effects in the software (Munich Hall was a very nice touch for the room effect). Overall a great value and quality sound output. Wish you didn't have to have an HD tv monitor to fully program the unit, but I bought a small LED/HDTV display that did the trick (I was not really using this unit for cinema/tv purposes). I can tell it does have great video support, though.

Purchased surround sound for our television, but it connected easily to our record player. The sound is great and the setup was fairly simple.

This ain't no little satellite system. This has a big speaker sound, that closely imitates the movie theater experience. Very pleasantly surprised. I originally thought that I would be sacrificing quality for size - not at all!

Upgrade from a 15 year old Yamaha sound system this gives all the sound options with todays streaming and extra options, easy to install

Lots of bells and whistles on this, but all I wanted was to plug in my TV to a larger sound. I don't connect bluetooth devices or listen to the radio on it. For my purposes, a soundbar would have worked better. Still, it sounds nice and went together pretty easily. I am keeping it, but could have saved money. I just won't get the most out of it that it has to give.

So far I am struggling to get a full 5.1 surround out of this. Even with the techs help it seems the settings are hard to flip through to find the right ones. Nice system, has an HDMI out port to get on screen in depth menus on the tv to make changes and set up. Decent but still trying to get it set up correctly.
