I really like this and probably should give it a 5 star, since I knew it did not have noise cancelling, I just miss the fact that it doesn't. It works great and made well, and very comfortable, and I like that I can switch the headset to my TEAMs call from the Desktop to the Phone easily (after starting the on the Phone), allowing me to leave my desk. Sound quality is good, and the mic picks up my content up without any complaints from others on the call.
