No Complaints
Came nicely packaged in a box and soft carrying case. Easy/intuitive to operate, good sound, comfortable. Everything feels of good quality, inspiring confidence that the product will last.

Works immediately. (But still hurts ear)
After spending too much time trying to connect a Bluetooth headset to the computer, we gave up and went back to a corded headset. Plugged it in, and it worked. Just like that. No fuss, no muss. Works well with Dragon. Two disappointments: 1. I have not been able to get the (flat, not round) cord to fit into the little shirt clip. 2. As with previous non-muff models, the eat piece hurts my ear cartilage after only a few minutes. Since I use it primarily for for the microphone rather than for hearing, I slide the ear piece forward off the cartilage.
