My sons like it and plays with it all the time it never gets old.

Show think Pokemon, but with spirits. In the first one you were not able to trade Yo-Kai. With number 2 you can do everything that Pokemon offers. Great entry game for newcomers to the series.

I love the Yo-Kai Watch Series! You can actually trade your Yo-Kai with friends online, AND do Battle! There are many types of online battle and modes. So much more variety than Pokemon series. Im not saying anything bad about Pokemon - I'm saying if you like it - you are probably going to LOVE Yo-Kai Watch. Plus if you and a friend have different versions (Bony Spirts vs Fleshy Souls) you can trade exclusives and enter a special Linked Battle version.

There are some issues with the amount of time it takes to recruit Yo-Kai, but still an improvement over the first game in many ways. More content, more in-depth story, and more areas to explore. The tone also feels a lot more like the anime, there's a lot of well written humor and character interactions are very entertaining. If you want to get into Yo-Kai Watch, you can just skip the first game and play this one.

My daughter loves Yo-Kai. Game was a HUGE hit with her. Similar to Pokemon Games, I'd highly suggest your child is able to read so he/she can keep pace with the game. 6 year old loves it and can play it by herself. Our 4 year old didn't enjoy it as much because she could not understand/read the text. Otherwise, have fun and catch those Yo-Kais! Highly recommended.

My son (7) loves this game and our other little guy enjoys watching (3). The game itself may have slightly older undertones, but it's mostly appropriate for the younger crowd. It's quite text heavy, which helps with reading practice....but means that its not the greatest for kids that may just be starting out reading. Two thumbs up from my boys!

If you liked the 1st game don't hesitate to get this it has more of what you loved from that and expanded on it. There are also more adorable Yokai you can have. If this does well hopefully they'll bring the 3rd game to the states.

Bought for my daughters for their birthday. Doesn't hold their attention like Pokémon but still a solid game that isn't completed in a day and a half like most games they play.

Loved the first series after that's became a huge fan of the franchise. With 2 different yokai watch games mean new yokai love it

My son is a huge Yo-Kai watch fan and he has spent hours playing this game. He also says that it is a lot of fun.

Great follow-up to the first game - even more crazy characters! Get Fleshy Souls to complete the experience!

Great and fun game. Ended up getting both of them to be able to trade between both of them. Highly recommended.

Pseudo Pokemon game but based off of Japanese folklore monsters. I think it's pretty awesome.

Went into our local Best Buy which is in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Happened upon the game, kids like it, haven't heard any complaints.

My son loves the game and wants all of his friends to get it. He collects the YoKai watch disks and uses them to enhance play.

Suitable for all ages! Both the young and old will love this game! Guys and gals too!
