do not bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love yoga and have bad knees. This yoga dvd is horrible. It does not do much explanation- moves so quickly from one pose to another at times, you have to watch rather than do, to see what is coming--and there is no way this is gentle on knees- it is advertised as good for knees- my knees were not happy-much better dvd's out there- i am sorry i wasted money on this.
