Great product

Good color, cardboard seems protective enough. If I had something small enough to fit within it I'd recommend this box to keep it safe. The product was never opened.

Works as expected

For best results use your switch power adapter. Due to some glitch you sometimes need to unplug everything and plugnit back in to get the console to switch over to dock mode. My other complaint id that the hdmi cord is obnoxiously long. Other than that.....b- product.

Compact size, great for travel

The Nintendo recognizes that it is going into docking mode when plugged in, but there’s nothing but black screen due to the hdmi failing to produce a signal. Naturally this happened outside of the return period. realky disappointed in this product and that Best Buy is carrying it. Other reviews online have cited similar issues.

Good, but there are better options out there

Not a huge deal, but there are better options out there, like the Genki dock, which is ultimately what I replaced this with.
