great product, easy to use, replaces the need to carry docking system..

Least expensive cable to get a switch to display on your TV without the dock. Definitely a weekend saver with friends & kids. Just remember to have all wireless controllers.

this is pretty much the same thing as the kickstarter thing that consolidated all the parts to a single plug at a major fraction of the cost. Works great for my stream setup. Almost no footprint. Used at my parents during this time of quarantine.

Works perfect on a tv and on my car. Using it with my kids switch.

Did what it was supposed to do when I left my base back in my dorm when I evacuated New Orleans because of the Hurricane Ida and I am leaving it back home as I drive back to grad school at Tulane. How to set it up to a bit of figuring out but that was about it

Great product and very handy for traveling. It should specify that you HAVE to use a power supply cable with it to use on TV. The Switch alone isn’t enough to power it.

This was exactly what we needed when we wanted to take the Switch with us on a trip and plug it into the TV when we got to our destination.

This makes being able to have the original docks in the rooms easy and this in the living room for everyone to use! Would definitely purchase again

Love this product we can move from rom to room easy to use.

Got mine with the intention of using this for travel. Tried it out as soon as I got it and it seems the resolution is capped at 480p for OLED Switch. I tried reconnecting things in different orders and manually setting the resolution but it wouldn't let me change it to anything other than 480p even though my monitor is 4k UHD. Technically "works", but not high enough resolution for me to keep. I plan on returning it and hopefully they'll have a 2.0 with updated compatibility.

Great product... Much easier to travel with, and with the extra length of the HDMI cable, you have more flexibility to connect the power to the wall and the HDMI to the TV.

I think this does not support the ARC power on/off function for the TV and switch. Other than that it does what I wanted when I purchased this item. Much easier for travel than the docking station the switch comes with.

My son needed this to hook up his console for gaming on the tv. Everything runs smoothly and he is happy again.

the only gripe I have with this cable is that it does not include an USB port so I could not plug in my Bluetooth adapter when I used this instead of my dock. There are other options that come with USB port access.

This is awesome to have especially when traveling. A dock without being an actual dock. Very convenient.

This actually works! I was a bit skeptical at first. But after giving it a try, I did exactly what it advertised. Charges while giving you a 1080p picture. It’s a definite must if you’re taking your switch to a friends house for a night of gaming. Goodbye huge dock!

I wish I had this when i was traveling europe, very light.

This item is very useful for when you travel a lot and want to play super smash bro’s with your friends on their tv! No need to travel wit the big dock!
