We had been wanting to try a robot vacuum for the last few years. This model was recommended by a relative. Very easy to set up. Ran flawlessly the first time. Meticulously cleaned entire main floor of our home and then returned back to the charging port. Easy to clean. I would recommend this purchase!

This product is such a lifesaver. It works great irrespective of floor surface - carpet, ceramic, vinyl, laminate - and does a very decent job. Battery charge lasts well enough for its purpose, recharges very quickly, handles transitions between surfaces including height differences smoothly, drop sensor is accurate. Of late the ONLY areas I have been cleaning the manual old fashioned way are the stairs!! Much kudos to the company. I had to call one time (my own lack of understanding) and service was very pleasant and helpful.

I thought long and hard on this purchase. Have been wanting this type of floor vac for some time. I had a Roomba in the past but with the price I didn't think they were worth the money. When this item came up on a Best Buy daily email it got my attention. Since received I have put it to use and have been very pleased. Both hard floor and carpet are not a problem for this machine.

This vacuum is very effective for the price. Keep in mind there's no scheduling function or app control, if that's what you're looking for, but the product does not advertise these functions, it's exactly what's described. I have pets, and considering my circumstances and what I'm expecting this vacuum to accomplish (picking up cat hair, feathers, etc lol), it's pretty impressive how well it does. For me, with three cats and five birds, usually I let it run through its vacuum cycle two or three times, but it picks up a majority of the mess on the first run and the second and third are for small bits of remaining mess. I will say that this vacuum gets a four (not a five) from me because I'm not impressed with the mop function. I could be using it wrong, but it doesn't seem particularly effective at all on the mop setting. If you're looking for an automated mop bot this may not be the right choice.

I was a bit apprehensive to purchase this vacuum because I had never heard of it. However after reading the reviews I gave it a chance. I really to love it. I have two dogs and it takes care of all the dog hair!

Honestly, I've enjoyed hearing my wife comment less on having to sweep the floors in our house. It leaves them clean and give me a chance to deal with just mopping the floors.

WE have 3 large dogs and 2 cats and it has done a great job. You have to empty it daily and make sure it is kept clean, but it works really well.

My wife loves her little helper. She sets it up to vacuum while we are at work and when we get back, the home is vacuumed and the robot is docked. We have hard wood floors downstairs and rugs upstairs and works well on both. Just remember to pull all your charging cables off the floor.

Love my iClebo. I have it set to run nightly after my kids are in bed. I come downstairs to clean floors every morning.

So much more convenient to just let it go and do its thing. It remembers what it has done and returns to base to charge up, neat! Makes it easy to just launch it when I leave the house for an hour or two, knowing the floors will be clean when I get back.

She seems to do a real fine job. I bought a Roomba for the other daughter and the 2 work similarly. Iclebo has a mopping feature . She Loves IT!

This robot cleaner works very well. I would highly recommend it.

We have been using the iClebo robot vacuum on our new vinyl laminate flooring. It does a great job on picking up pet hair. We have 3 dogs.

I am having trouble getting the setup to work like it said it would

Be careful if you plan to use this on hardwood floor. We were excited when we bought it but after using it we found out it's scratching our hardwood floor all over the place. Good luck if you try to contact manufacturer customer service. No response to phone calls or voicemail. Very disappointed with the purchase.

After using it for several months, it fell down the stairs, was completely damaged, fortunately fell to the floor, not to someone's head.
