went looking for a simpler drone, and ended up with this one. Got home with it, and did a little research and decided since i spend this much might as well go big, so i bough a Phantom 4. Can't say anything negative except the salesman didn't know what he was talking about, and told me it had features it didn't. Love my Phantom 4 though,

The controller would not sync with drone, so we were never able to take flight

I was looking for a platform to get some areal video and photos to help out my business. I looked into DJI but their customer service is horrible and they have a higher level of fly always. I did not want my drone to fly off so I looked into the Yuneec. I've heard about their customer service is fantastic and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. The video quality of the CGO3 4K camera is great and it's very easy to use. The best part That the drone is very quiet during use. It's black color helps with visibility and it's larger size also helps as well. The only difference that this one dose not have is waypoints like the DJI has but I will never use them in the first place. This is the best drone I have used and I will recommend it to anyone

No zooming and no auto angle adjustment on camara.

very bulky battery keeps coming out charger is messy

This product was broke from the get go. The remote control was not working so i had to exchange it for a new one 2 days after purchased. The "new" drone was no better! After charging we were finally able to fly it. When the drone was about 2 feet off the ground ready to land, the propeller snapped and the drone went down causing the camera to break and ripped the wires in the camera. Now I'm not sure why a $900 done would do this..maybe if i had bought it at the dollar store..but i would never have expected this from something of that price! Of course Best Buy couldn't do anything so i have to try Get results now from the manufacturer...lol we'll see how that goes!

Crashed after the 1st 5 mins in flight. Was flying great when I got a warning on the controls engine failed it then dropped like a lead balloon.

tried to fly it, have had MANY drone and this on was the worst. It has no real features of a camera drone and in even a low wind goes all over.

Was purchased as present for xmas when box was opened at home found drone with with broken wires on camera masking tape message on drone saying scratched missing SD card .clearly this drone had been been flown and crashed then returned and sold as new again. recommend open the box before leaving store. just think the salesperson got it from wrong area in the back of the store this the first bad experience with best buy.I kept the drone did some upgrades flies like a champ

Bulky, and it came with missing parts. Low performance. Not recommended!
