Flies great and easy for beginner! Works great with the hero 4 silver go pro

This amazing Quad-copter was my first ever and quite possibly more than I could handle but, I was willing to learn. And so I did but, since most of the paperwork included was just average, I relied on YouTube...to learn of the do's and don't when flying. Trust me take your time, watch all the videos, buy a few sets of spare propellers, get another battery or two and please, make sure you have a GoPro to use with the provided gimbal to capture some amazing footage and or photos. But remember, you can't Controll the GoPro with the included remote. The buttons that should are currently useless until hopefully one day a software update changes that.

Great drone but I thought the parts were cheaply made for spending so much money

This drone is considered a midclass drone ,unlike dji, it has no flight record.

Camera Radio Stopped Working, So I Ended up Returning it, and Getting the Typhoon 4k.

We've flown this now quite a few times, haven't had an issue yet. Easy to use, still a little afraid of higher winds but for the most part, loving it and learning as we go along!

Before take off you have to start recording. Which will record unwanted footage and use up your battery. I hear that control of GoPro is planned. And you can't use wifi to control camera because it might interfere with flight control. If I where Yuneec, I would not offer this product with these limitations. It is just diappointing.

The drone is the mo Ist perfect toy, very entertaining and absolutely worthbit

bought this yuneec drone about 15 days ago, returned it twice. its runs very well and has some good function but compare with Phantom drone this Q500 is poor. no matter the Gopro one or the standard one. Phantom drone has more fun function and its a better brand. So personal advice: don't waste ur time to return this one.

I was shocked to get home with this product and realize there isn't a camera included! I told the guy my very important project and he said I could get it done with this. Also, the photo on the box shows a camera attached to this drone. I found that misleading and the guy at the store wasn't very knowledgable. Little did I know I'd be going to target to buy the go pro camera to attach because Best Buy was lacking in product knowledge and customer service. Also, the instructions are veryyyyy vague, I had to learn how to fly this thing from YouTube users!

The camera gimbal leaves a little more to be desired. It would have been nice for the camera and video recording buttons to work from factory. Overall still worth the purchase as long as you own a gopro that fits it.

Works great I' glade i bought this model defiantly been having fun flying it around and have'n't had any issues or accidents yet

this is my first drone and I must say any drone with follow me or return home options is a MUST. would give it 5 stars if the capture video or take picture buttons worked

I returned the product because the buttons that are on the controller to be used to do snapshots and videos could not be used with the go pro hero 4 camera. ITS really stupid to have to buy a separate camera for the typhoon G and not be able to use it

Brought this drone at the paradise valley Best Buy. Was looking for this one all over the place and when I asked the sales person if they had any he was great at looking in the back and finding me the last one.. Thank you Best Buy

I was excited about this purchase. I took it home and ran through the instruction manuals step by step. Took it up the first time and things were great. I charged the battery for about 2 hours and took it up again. The flights were flawless. However, when I hooked it up the next time to the charger, the charger malfunctioned. I contacted Yuneeq support (which has been great) and they said they would send one out immediately but it would be a few days before it got to me due to the weekend. He recommended that I take it back to Best Buy. I took it to Best Buy and simply asked if I could swap chargers. They were great about it and actually ended up just giving me a brand new drone. I take the drone back to the house and immediately start running through the steps for setup. I take it outside and about a minute into the first flight with the new drone, three propellers spin off during flight at about 40 ft. The rest seemed like slow motion. It fell to the ground and busted up pretty bad. Thinking that I just threw away all that money for 2 flights made me sick. I was certain that I did everything correctly during setup. I started reading online and this isn't unheard of in the drone community. I called Yuneeq and the customer service rep was very friendly. I was honest with them about what happened and she said that they would do all of the repairs and get it back to me. I was a little disappointed that they weren't going to just send a new one but satisfied because I wasn't going to have a total loss. After shipping it in, I waited for approximately 2 weeks for repairs. I have since flown it 3 times and everything seems great. It was rough initially but I'm giving a 4 out of 5 for now because customer service did a pretty good job handling my situation, the flights that I have made have been great, and the video quality from the GoPro is fantastic with the gimbal technology. I understand that in the production of thousands of copters, there are most likely going to be a few that have issues. I am hoping for smooth sailing from this point forward.

I'll never support this company again. It took me calling 6 times about an issue I was having with the gimbal. After being ran through several "trouble shoots" they wanted me to send it in for "testing". $80 an hour plus whatever needs to be fixed. Purchased in the winter, past its 6 month warranty. Never flown with the gimbal since I didnt have a GoPro at the time and the quadcopter was never wrecked. Find another done company. Yuneec is terrible.
