Purchased chair for dad since he had neck pains from recent chair that did not have quality neck support. He has used many office chairs at work and found this one to be very comfortable. Very professional looking. The only disadvantage is it has more of a downwards faced seating. He did make a complaint about this but it was not a big deal. The base seems to slightly face down but this is me reaching for a problem. At the discounted price, I would grab this seat again. Very easy to install as well. Box was a little beatup but product was not and shipping took way longer than expected due to a mistake on Best Buy end. This chair would get higher ratings because quality was great but the experience of purchase was not. I purchased other things from best buy.com and this was first time I had shipping issue.

Hard to buy a chair online without first trying it out. Comfortable and easy to assemble but I couldn't get used to the lumbar support - wasn't quite right for me. I gave the chair to our purchasing manager and he loves it.

The Z chair was easy to assembly in about 1/2 hour. All parts were with the chair and worked. The plastic adjustment tab was was broken in transit (not the working mechanisn) and Z line set me a whole new height adjustment mechanism with plastic tab intact within 5 days using the toll free number. I am very tall and I sit in the well padded leather chair very comfortably. Excellent purchase with Best Buy's sale price.

This is by far the best deal ever I gotten at Best Buy for many reasons one is the price on it, second this chair is so comfortable and ergonomic and provides the comfort that I been looking on my back for a long time, very easy to assemble. I truly recommend it.
