To cut to the chase I had to return the chair. But as the title suggests the chair does have potential to be a great chair. The chair looks great. The leather or leather like material is soft and looks premium. It doesn't have that shiny cheap look like allot of chairs do in this price range. The contrast white stitching really adds to the look. It also seemed to be sturdy. I say seemed because I only had it for 2 weeks. During that time though it never made any creeks or concerning sounds. I am not a small person. I am 6'2" 280 pounds and it supported that size no problem. Again sorry but I only had it for 2 weeks, so I can't give much of a longevity review. The recline is also plenty. You can recline in it without the chair coming back forward. So its nice if your watching some videos at your computer. The chair also supports 300 pounds. Again this is not common in this price range. Now for the reason I returned it. The chair is one of these ergonomic chairs, which admittedly are most chairs today, but it was just hitting my back all wrong. I don't mind some lumbar support, but this chair was trying to force my body in a position that I don't think it was intended to go in. You can't slouch in this chair. It constantly is forcing you to sit up straight and have good posture. I guess I probably have bad posture when working, but I rather work on that on my own and not have a chair try to force me. I think if the lumbar support was adjustable (I needed to take some out) I would of made it work. The good news is that if this chair fits your body well then I think you'll love it. It definitely has the cool factor for sure. The unfortunate thing though is you probably won't be able to try it out before you buy it. It's "online only" unfortunately. Android Boy

Very comfortable chair that has the needed adjustable features. Very little, if any, assembly.

The chair was very easy to assemble. It was bought as a gift for my boyfriend. He uses it as a all purpose chair, including naps. It reclines back just right.

Was looking for a good chair to work from home. The back is comfortable and it's a good size but the bottom cushion seemed to flatten out after a couple of weeks of use. I ended up getting another cushion to put on top. Also l, one of the arms didn't screw in correctly and kept falling off, not a huge deal to glue it but still disappointing.

This chair was researched by my son. He's a big guy and all other chairs wasn't comfortable for him till he found this one. He needed a good chair for his size, weights, and his surgery. He loved it. He says he is very comfortable and doesn't cause any discomfort for the surgery he had. He would but this chair again in the future when this has been well used.

PROS: - It has good lumbar support, for those of you with back problems. - It has great cushioning, even as a heavier person. - The waterfall slope on the seat has helped force me into a better posture, without being uncomfortable. - The material seems to be able to withstand a bit of a beating, though I haven't owned it long. CONS: - Assembly leaves a bit to be desired (Note: do not tighten the arms down before threading the bolts into the back, contrary to the given instructions). If you can get this chair on sale, BUY IT.

This really is a well built, sturdy, and comfortable office chair. We use these out on the oil rigs in our trailer offices so I've had many hours in one. I finally decided to buy a couple for the house and everyone that's sat in them has loved them. The only complaint that I have is I wish it was taller. I'm 6'0" and if I sit up right my head goes over the top a little if I lean back to take a nap or recline. I have to slouch somewhat to lay my head on the headrest properly. Besides that one complaint everything else is perfect. I would buy again and recommend to a friend.
