I have already cracked this screen after only having if for a few weeks. Although, that is probably my fault but not sure.

The screen protector did crack, pretty easily, however it did protect the screen. And the protector was replaced without any additional charge or issues.

These are good cases. It is very easy to use your phone and see your phone through the glass. Also, it broke and I just sent it back to Zack for $10 and got a replacement. Yes, they are kind of pricey. Is it worth it yes and no. But it is a better quality than some of the cheaper ones.

Does its job well. No glaring or loss of touch. Pair it with a Best Buy install and it’s awesome.

You don’t want to but another screen protector for your phone in your life (same phone) then get this screen protector and buy the installation by the experts for $7. If you break it, they replace it and install it for NO COST!!! (You have to own the phone, original buyer, same device).

Not their typical quality. My phone is always on a case and rarely dropped. Went through two and they both cracked. Got a replacement for the first one since it warrantied but after the second one I realized it wasn’t worth my time. Ordered one for half the price from Amazon and it’s not cracked yet.

It's a nice phone. I am just finding it hard to find an Otter Case that will last over two months.

The product is great, the issue is with staff. Everyone talking and never want to break away from conversation to help customers.
