Very thin! Just cracked putting it in my pocket. Do not recommend

Replaced at least three times within two months. I normally dont go through screen protectors which was surprising. Glad they replace for free but annoying to keep going back.

Horrible. Quality went to the bottom. It was supposed to be lifetime replacement but Best Buy has stopped replacing them.

My phone was leaning against a table top lamp and fell over on the table and the screen protector chipped. Not even a fall. Just tipped over on the table. To get a replacement you have to pay a minimum of $10 for shipping when it doesn’t cost that much to ship a tiny package. Total scam. If it chips/cracks from a tiny tip over, it will not protect anything when dropped.

Size is off, the bezels will glow/reflect a rainbow hue because it literally ends right before the bezels. Cracked in the top right corner after 10 days, just got the phone and never dropped or hit on anything. This is the first zagg protector that I reviewed in years and it’s garbage

Bubbles up and sticks to dust. Not worth the money.

This Zagg iPhone protected shield had a manufacturing defect when purchased. It had a chip on the left side.

Cracked in 3 different places within 7 days. Now get to submit warranty request. Yay

Dropped phone from maybe 2 feet. Cracked screen protector within 1 week of having it on. It just seems like the protector itself cracked very easily.

I have had my phone for FOUR weeks and about to return to the store for my THIRD screen protector. Zagg covers for my previous phones worked great. Had to replace the protector ONE time in the THREE years I had the old phone. Quality assurance issue? Not sure. All I know is I treat my phones with great care. It seems the SLIGHTEST tap on even a SOFT surface will crack these new covers. If it weren't for the replacement warranty I would give ONE star. It's still a pain to have to go to Best Buy for a new cover, but the staff there is easy to work with.

Absolute waste of money. Installed on new phone with a case as soon as it came in. Put phone in my pocket and when i took it out again the screen protector was already cracked. It was never drip or even bumped into. Absolutely a waste of money.

Minimal wait, person made exchange & had another perform the job.
