I have no idea what happened to cause either one of them to have chips and crack. Phone has not had any falls yet the screen is still cracked.very frustrating.

As soon as I left the store within two days my phone was cracked. I should say the screen protector the whole thing is cracked. I would not recommend this product nor will I ever buy it again.

I’ve had to replace it nonstop. They only good thing is the warranty so free replacement but a huge waste of time
